Oh no, it's just commonly believed that it's a Christian tradition. Exactly why so many Atheists disregard the saying and why Ricky Gervais is generally a legend :o

To clarify, Gesundheit is German for "good health". Translate "good health" to German, and you get "eine gute Gesundheit". Most likely Google Translate messing up.

Anyway Gesundheit, just because I used to associate bless you with Christianity. Mostly because everyone would say "god bless you".
