Looks epic and amazing. Except I'm completely lost as to KH's current plot and story.

All you need to know is in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts coded. (quoted from wiki) That should give you the current plot. Either that or you can watch online for the final battles in those games.

Wow. How long will it take for this game to get to America?

Probably 4-6 months after release in Japan.

This is shaping up to be one of my favorite games of all time. It's meant to tie up Days, Birth by Sleep, and coded, as well as to finally set the stage for Kingdom Hearts III.

The game will be out in Japan in March. Last I checked, 4-6 months from then isn't Christmas, so we should expect it by September.

Jesse David Corti, the English voice of Neku Sakuraba, has this to say:

Now, perhaps Neku doesn't have as much of a role as we'd like him to have, so maybe they're still recording, and he's just finished his part. While we'll still have to wait a while, it's not as bad as you think it might be.

CAn't Mother F***ing Wait! but i not too desperate to go buy a jap 3DS/import and learn jap 4 the sake of it. patience is key after all i still gotta wait for the Wiii U to lauch sometime after E3 but they say 2012 Q4 world wide launch, at least i should have save well over 400 for it and buy a 1-3 3ds/wii game a month. Currently waiting to buy last story soon and relevations/kidicarus rising next month.

RUMOR: This game will be out in July.

So it might come out earlier than expected. I guess we'll just have to sit back and wait.

Now that I know of exactly how the plot works (Except for the order of which two of these games are chronologically), I can expect a few possible outcomes of the story of KHIII:

Xehanort returns as a whole person, and his heart finally separates from Terra's body after what seems like and endless struggle, but takes the form of something completely different and far more powerful (And I'll leave the rest up to your imagination).

Ventus himself separates from Sora, taking Roxas' body (Which originally was his own) and is now able to fight side by side with him.

Xehanort is defeated and sealed inside Kingdom Hearts itself forever with the power of all of the good Keybladers (Sora, Roxas, Ventus, Riku, Terra, Kairi, Aqua, Mickey, and the spirit of Master Eraqus).
I can't exactly say whether or not ANY of these outcomes will be seen in the game, but we'll just have to see. I mean, there can be so many ideas that can come into KHIII, mainly because a lot of different things can happen that you wouldn't expect. amirite?

I would be kind of upset if the game ended like you said. It would be a little to cliche for my liking. Also if I'm not mistaken Sora and Roxas rejoined making Sora "whole" again.

Kairi can't fight with the keyblade because she isn't a keyblade wielder. Nomura said it himself. As for everything going on in the game I am very surprised no one picked up the hints along the way in both the trailers and interviews as well as past games. Kingdom hearts Dream Drop Distance involves going to a realm of dreams, yes? What are dreams composed of? Your problems, fears, and desires. In Kingdom hearts Re:Coded we are told we must free them from their torment and that others are connected to Sora's heart as well. Roxas was sad, Xion was sad, Namine was guilt, and Ventus was "sad." It is proven that Sora can help and bring back people that are in his heart. Examples being Kairi and Ventus. Ansem the Wise stated that worlds go into sleep when their hearts are affected. He also said that he put data inside Sora that will help PEOPLE with their Birth by Sleep. Meaning he is helping these people come back to life in their own way by achieving this. Now let me answer your question as to why another Riku shows up. Nomura said no one in Kingdom Hearts dies. This means Riku Replica as well. Yes, he had a fake heart but in the end it still counts. How do you top dreaming? You overcome what is making you dream. Sora must save those inside his heart and Riku must overcome Xehanort meaning that all of this is nothing but a rescue mission for everyone including Xehanort and Vanitas. Vanitas had a heart of his own. A heart of pure darkness but not quite a heartless. This means he is also alive as well in a sense. When Namine took Sora's memories from his heart he took everyone else's as well including Ventus and Vanitas. Those memories became Xion who happens to be made up of Vanitas. Possibly Xemnas's reason for choosing Xion over Roxas. I have a lot more to talk about with my theories but I'm running out of typing space. I will cite sources to help you all believe if you like.

Only wielders can use Destiny's Embrace, sorry. She also cannot summon a keyblade on her own just as Riku couldn't until his Soul-Eater transformed. Kairi has no starting weapon thus no weapon for a transformation to occur. Yes, she touched the keyblade and fulfilled the requirements but the two counter-active reasons would like to say hi. Both are also confirmed by Nomura. Nomura also states that she won't be taking the exam. Gee, you gotta wonder why.

Ehh don't care she was given a keyblade in KH2 and I'm sure she kept it. She can still fight weather or not she has one. There are other weapons than keyblades.

I'm definitely getting this. I don't own a PSP for Birth by Sleep, I haven't beaten 358/2 Days (I know the ending, but I can't bring myself to beat the game myself. TT.TT), and I don't own Re:coded (I plan on getting it), but I don't care.
