I know there is a topic with The woman in Black talking about the play. I was wondering if anyone has seen the movie with Harry Potters Daniel Radcliffe. If you have watched or don't care to I need to know if its worth the money or not to see in theaters, Why wast money on a Daniel Radcliffe movie if its not scary at all. So anything is helpful.

In most cases, actors can't get away from characters they played based off of popular books. Point in case, the guys who played Jacob and Edward in Twilight. I was forced to watch another movie with the guy who played Edward. It was eh. Then I willingly watched a movie with the guy who played Jacob because it looked...decent. I didn't enjoy it. <_< (if they did play in good movies with good roles, I have yet to see them)

Now, they are a few actors that can break away from famous book characters (either because they will make men/women drool/faint no matter what they are wearing, or because of actual skill). One of these actors is Orlando Bloom who played Legolas in Lord of the Rings (excellent job might I add). He then went on to perform other excellent roles (such as his one in Pirates of the Carribean).

So, where am I going with this? Simple. I believe this man has the potential to break away from the name of Harry Potter. Thus, I will be spending my hard earned money to see this movie. Why? Because my gut tells me it's going to be an excellent movie, and it's generally right...or hungry. It's hard to tell which one sometimes. .-.

It's a good movie filled with beautiful shot, great soundtrack and the score really helped to set up the mood. The story itself is good but for an avid horror fan like me...it's a bit predictable and rely to much on jump scares which got dull pretty quickly. Enjoyable nonetheless but it's better to watch it when you're in theaters just for that awe-horror feeling.
