Favorite Villain?

Obviously the list goes on, from minor mid-bosses to big bads, and thus this isn't a poll thread. I'm actually hoping for some in-depth discussions on some of your favorite dastardly dudes.

Bowser's easily one of the best villains around, beat out only by truly evil guys like Ganondorf and Sephiroth (who, on another note, I think would be pretty even against each other, inb4FFfanboys).
He rules with an iron fist, but his subjects follow him loyally out of love and respect, not fear.
He's got to be as smart as the 300 IQ Eggman, what with the plans and the machines, its just his lack of common sense and slight portrayal as the comic villain get in the way.
And while Kamek/Kammy do most of his magic for him, he does find uses for his own black magic, wherever it comes from.
He's determined as all get out, and an honest to goodness (or would that be badness?) badass, playing through Bowser's Inside Story.
I bet he pays well, too.

...
I'm not sure why I had all those alliterations in the beginning. Anyways, what have you to say about your favorite baddie?

Terumi Yuuki/Hazama - BlazBlue series

I've never seen a villian this evil before.

So, let's compare. Justice and I-No had good intentions behind their actions. Hazama just does it for fun, his failed experiment(The Black Beast) almost destroyed the world, and then he continues said experiment by turning the 12th Boundary Interface Device(Mu-12/Noel Vermillion) into Kusanagi. Oh, and not to mention he's a serious f***ing a******.

and like all evil bastards, he has a evil laugh, up there with Mark Hamil's Joker.

Honestly, as far as BlazBlue goes, Hazama is second to Relius as a villain, but... Much more entertaining.

Personally, I have to say ULQUIORRA CIFER! The best thign Tite Kubo ever made.

Oh and my original namesake, Marsuvees Black... Basically, he's years older than Hazama/Terumi, in canon and in series release dates, with a similar attitude. He's actually a clone of a real guy, but he kills said real guy then has fun like hell.

It has to be between Ridley or Dark Samus. They both are just purely evil, but have something charismic about them. I'm not sure if it is because Ridley's a freaking Cyborg Pirate Ninja Zombie Dragon IN SPAAAAACE while just does what he does for the sake of being evil, while Dark Samus is cold, despite being able to show sympathy to Metroids, and her assaults and plans in MP2 and MP3 are amazing, calculated, and usually successful. Plus, she has Samus' DNA, making her even more amazing.

Pokey Minch from Earthbound/Mother 2
Never before has such a villian captured my attention like he did. This kid starts out as a little butterball who lives next to you. Then he joins a cult. Then he becomes an advisor to a billionare. Finally, he goes on to control the embodiment of true evil. This kid's like 10. And this isn't counting what he does in Mother 3, where he goes on to become the antagonist of.
Not to mention his boss battle theme is superb.

Ratatosk from Boktai 3, Sho Minamimoto from The World Ends With You.

Ratatosk is literally the puppet master behind the whole game's story, brainwashing the main character's brother to both attempt killing off the main character and to set up the brother to become the embodiment of destruction.

Minamimoto is the zetta best character in the entire game he hails from. Having two of the harder boss fights, and generally being a math-spouting prick, he still is the best character for his unique humor and comedic lines.

[sup]My favorites are Wheatley, Giygas, and Psycrow.[/sup]
[sup]Wheatley manages to remain as the most adorable little ball of technology ever created even while trying to brutally murder you.
Giygas is just demented as all hell and yet, you can't help but feel sorry for him.[/sup]
[sup]Psycrow is awesome only because he has the 'nads to mess with Earthworm Jim.[/sup]

Minamimoto's great, but I'd say my personal favourite villain from that game is the Composer. Can't really go into detail because spoilers, but it's really quite amazing when seen on a whole.

Anyway, as for favourite video game villain, period? Yomiel from Ghost Trick. The guy is an entirely insane, sociopathic, immortal zombie capable of forcing people to do anything against their will, breaks the fourth wall to end the game if he even notices your existence and is just so damned stylish that you can't help but be in awe, even when he bombs a building and forces a man with shattered legs to walk up a staircase while laughing at his pain.

And then a few chapters later, his backstory makes him one of the most sympathetic characters in the game. While actually explaining his evil traits without making excuses for them. He gets a bit of redemption very late in the story, and it's one of the most heartwrenching things ever to watch.

I'd post a picture but that's spoilers too.

My favorite villans are Yuki Terumi/Hazama. and maybe Albert Wesker from Resident Evil. most villans have good intentions like Order-Sol said, but Hazama just dose it for his own entertainment which sets him apart from other villans, and Wesker just always had a good villanous aura to him which is why I placed them as my two favorite villans.

And y'know what else about Wheatley?
His plan was perfect.
The only two flaws were
1. Chell being able to survive, something he couldn't control.
and 2. Not knowing the Moon could conduct portal surfaces, something he had no real way of knowing.

Well, and using bombs in the first place, but at least he prepared for that, with the booby-trapped Stalemate button.
