.Rai
Genuinely, I think they put one of the freshest twists on pop I have ever seen. Of course they're rooted in indie rock but the influence they have on the fresher pop scene is great. Verging into electronic genres actually. Definitely a unique sound, and probably shouldn't be judged for the love it-or-hate it Pumped Up Kicks. If you want to, and I would, I'd call them a mainstream poprock band. But the most on-the-edge, indie of them. Marisa Kirisame-ze
The two that you posted up are actually my favorite songs by them haha. This band never fails to get me up and into an outgoing mood, really. However, I can't stand Pumped Up Kids. Overplayed and I just don't get the appeal of that song in particular, but yeah, they should never be judged by that one song. It's such a shame when that song is all that people know by them. Daigusto Sphreez
From there debut, I think the song 'Waste' is my favourite, its completely underrated. Otherwise, Pumped Up Kicks and Don't Stop (Color on the Wall) are pretty damn catchy singles. Houdini is pretty funky too.
