a couple of questions about this effect if used on an Xyz monster.

1: Would this effect be classified to the ruling of Xyz Monster as in not being targeted by effect that regard in level? Yes or no.

If no: Would this card break the mechanic or it would destroy itself since there is no such thing as Level 0?

is it better to replace "becomes" to "Treated as" to avoid problem?

Just add a clause regarding Xyz Monsters, or simply say it can't turn Xyz Monsters into Synchro Monsters.
And what kind of name is "Breaking Dawn Alfred"?

Itt was a theme relation of set called "Dawn of Demise" and it's revised name of "Early Alfred" from CfV

I Don't mind if it can target an Xyz monster or not, Since when I implied not to have Xyz Monster's Subtype change into a Synchro?
