This is it's effect:

 

This card cannot be special summoned except by it's own effect. When this card is face-up on the field you can remove one water monster from your graveyard from play to destroy one card on you side of the field. Each time you use this effect this card gains the following effect depending on the destroyed card. Spell: This monster can attack your opponent directly this turn. Trap: Your opponent cannot set any cards during his next turn. Monster: Increase this cards attack by 500 points. Itself: Special summon one Sea Serpent monster from your deck with lower attack then this card. When this card is destroyed by it's effect you can remove 2 water monster from your graveyard from play to special summon this card from your graveyard.

This card: Special Summon one Sea Serpent-Type monster from your Deck with an ATK equal to or lower than this card's ATK. Then, you may remove from play 2 WATER monsters in your Graveyard to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position.
