Actually, BLS is just ruled the same as something like Scapegoat.
Even though the card says "You cant do [X] if you activate this effect", it actually works in vice-versa, despite the fact its not actually listed on the card.
Meaning even if you attack, you still cant use BLS' effect.

Hold on here. The card says SS, not Synchro Summon. So can it even come back after banishing or does it escape that clause because it "returns" to the field and does not SS itself?

Think there should be a restriction during the turn you summon it by its alternate effect ala Ptolmeys. Because "Hey look I just summoned a 3000 ATK monster with Piercing effect for absolutely squat."

Otherwise card is awesome.
