The point of these cards is to reduce their own ATK and DEF or the ATK of the opponent to activate their effects. They are named after naturally occurring geographic landscapes with funny names attached. [u][b]Monsters:[/b][/u] Ancient Formation - Canyon Craear ATK: 2200 DEF: 3000 LVL 8 Effect: If a Rock-Type monster would loss ATK/DEF: they gain that amount instead. When this card is Summoned: All face-up monsters lose 200 ATK for each monster your opponent controls until the End Phase. Once per turn: You can banish 1 Rock-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Level 2 or Lower Rock-Type monster from your hand in faceup Defense Position. Ancient Formation - Hoko Hoodoo ATK: 2000 DEF: 2500 LVL 5 Effect: You can banish 1 Rock-Type monster form your Graveyard: Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can reduce the ATK of this card by 1000 and destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card field. If this card is banished: Reduce the ATK and DEF of all monsters of the field by 500. Ancient Formation - Ignous Plateau ATK: 500 DEF: 1000 LVL 2 Effect/Tuner: If the ATK of this card is reduced to 0: Return all banished Rock-Type monsters to the Graveyard. Ancient Formation - Lorg Butte ATK: 1000 DEF: 1200 LVL 4 Effect: If there are 3 or more different Rock-Type monsters that are banished: Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Summoned: Reduce the ATK of all other faceup monsters by 300; this card gains ATK equal to the amount reduce through this cards effect. Ancient Formation - Sulky Gully ATK: 800 DEF: 2000 LVL 2 Effect: Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster you control; reduce its ATK by 800 and inflict 800 damage to your opponents Life Points. If this card is banished while in your Graveyard: Send 1 Rock-Type monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. [b][u]Spells:[/u][/b] Testament to the Ancients Field If a face-up Rock-Tye monster would loss ATK/DEF by the effect of a card: that monster gains ATK/DEF equal to that amount instead. When there are 5 or more banished Rock-Type monsters with different names: You can send this card to the Graveyard to Special Summon any number of Level 4 or lower Rock-Type from your Deck. You cannot declare an attack during the turn this effect is activated. Ancient Formation Particle Collector During the turn this card is activated, when the ATK of a Rock-Type monster is reduced: Special Summon 1 "Particle Token" (Rock-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position. The "Particle Tokens" cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon (or Set). Ancient Sediment Revival Target 1 "Ancient Formation" monster you control whose current ATK or DEF is different from its original ATK or DEF; return the targeted monter to its original ATK and DEF and gain Life Points equal to the amount of ATK gained. Ancient Time Spell Banish 2 Rock-Type monster from your hand. Draw 3 cards. Massively Erosive Wind Shear Quick-Play Reduce the ATK of all face-up monster on the field by 200. Then, Special Summon 1 Rock-Type monster (from your hand or Deck) with an ATK equal to or less than the total ATK changed. [b][u]Traps:[/u][/b] Ancient Dust Storm Activate this card when your opponent targets a monster you control for an attack: Banish 1 "Ancient Formation" monster from your Graveyard; reduce the ATK of the attacking monster equal to the ATK of that card and gain Life Points equal to the new difference between your monsters and the attacking monster. [u][b]Extra:[/b][/u] Released Ancient Mountis ATK: 3000 DEF: 3500 LVL: 10 1 "Ancient Formation" Tuner monster + 2 or more Rock-Type monster Cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. Once per turn: You can target 1 banish Rock-Type monster; reduce the ATK of this card equal to ATK of the targeted monster and Special Summon it. During you End Phase, if the ATK of this card is difference than its original (printed) ATK: Inflict damage to you opponent equal to the difference. Link to comment
