The Amazing Avian
I recently watched a whole bunch of these and decided I would post a topic about them. I'm not talking about Pixar animation, I'm talking about the Disney animated musicals that most of us grew up with like Lion King, Tarzan, Hercules, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, Hunchback of Notre Dame, etc. and the most recent of them, Princess and the Frog. So anyone else remember these and feel their eyes water a bit every time you see one of those classic scenes that brings back memories of your childhood and plan to raise your kids as you were? Where you actually got to have a childhood before delving into the realm of puberty to which every modern kid is exposed to now by the time they're in first grade. Jack of All Spades
Yes. All of my yes. They were all so beautifully animated, quality and not too many hiccups considering the time they were drawn. Personal favorites are "Fox and the Hound", "Robin Hood", "Dumbo", "Tarzan", and "The Lion King"

Squirrel Girl
Well, to be honest, I HATE The Lion King. Love the rest. My absolute favorit is Bernard and Bianca and Beauty and the Beast. Well all Disney Classics are awesome (except The Lion King as I mentioned before). I dont like that Bernard and Bianca 2 is a Disney Classic. Bad move from disney.

Cloister
None of those were that good imo. Still, The Lion King is the best in my oppinion. Most of the classics I've watched are good..
Cin
Rag please stop posting every other post and spamming the topic. I admit I barely watch pure disney films anymore, mainly their joint collabs like with Pixar.

The Dark Knight
Beauty and the Beast is still great and has one of my favorite villains of all time in it. In fact, I think the main reason I like the movie Tangled so much is because there's lots of small references to Beauty and the Beast. Whether they're intentional or not, they're still there. The Lion King was obviously fantastic. Same with Aladdin. And I really do hope that my kid watches them all. Boy or girl, I don't care, they'll be watching these movies as long as I'm alive.
