I forgot my Password :(

For some reason, I have forgotten my password (it just slipped my mind completely). Luckily, I have it remembered on my friends computer, however I can't be over there when I need to or want to be. Is there a way an admin can reset my password? or send a new one to my profile email?

I checked the little remember me box on his computer, so I stay logged on at his place (luckily he never clears his cookies)
