Effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, no monsters can attack their opponent directly. During the End Phase of the turn this card was Tribute Summoned or flipped face-up: you can Tribute 1 Warrior-Type and Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower LIGHT monster from your Graveyard. This card returns to its owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn it is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up.

Effect: Cannot be Special Summoned except by it's own effect. You can banish 4 Spell Cards in your Graveyard; Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can roll a dice; Activate 1 of the following effects depending on the result:
1: Both players return up to 2 cards in their banished pile to their deck, then draw 1 card.
2: Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your hand or Graveyard.
3: You can tribute this card; Destroy up to 3 cards on the field.
4: Both players gain 500 Life Points for each card in their hand.
5: Destroy this card.
6: Double this card's ATK until the End Phase.
Skylie's Notes: Level 8 2600 Attack with the a semi-lock attack that can Sacrifice a monster for another from the Grave. Semi-Spirit lore at the end....Nice....But yet it cannot be Special Summoned....I'd advise removing the first part and you would be balanced, right now, i feel its up'd....

Skylie's Notes: Level 8 2800 attack monster, what is this, very close to the above card, except the attack is up by 200 more...lol..

Anyhow, my only 2 problems are the ones with the x beside it... 1st one is that it should be 2 cards as 3 even though is nice, is just a tad bit much. 2nd x is a little to much, lets say your opponent has the card that allows them to have as many cards in their hand, well, game over for you bud...or is very good at stalling until tourney buzzer goes out...2nd for the first x is that there are cards to allow players to re-roll die effect or play a die effect over again, so It kind of overpowers it a bit...

Believe it or not, its my very first tie, Sorry guys, I guess I need a tie breaker but b/c this is a 21on1, I guess thats not possible, so I guess, count it for both?

Soulbinder - Level 8, 2600 ATK, alright, not too shabby. Can't be SS'ed? Meh, it's effects should then compensate... Then, it negates both of you to inflict Direct Damage? That doesn't really give an advantage, but the Summoning effect is a bit handy. The Spiritesque effect at the end bogs down the effectiveness of this card, though, so it doesn't remain very effective.

Carnival - Level 7, 2800 ATK (haha, the art gave me the idea it's a Spellcaster). Also can't be SS'ed? This one better compensate, especially since it's got gamblin' goin' on. Considering each number has a specific effect, getting a bit more advantageous is good, as seen in the first effect. The second effect is alright, third is a bit on the strong side, fourth effect can give your opponent an advantage, as well as effect #5 (makin' me tribute for nothin'). Effect #6 is also on the strong end, but it isn't really OP. This card has its own risks, especially when the destruction of this card by its own effect is determined by the roll of a die. Risky, but it can pay off if lucky.

Nyeh, it's a close call, but I'm leaning towards Carnival Legend. Sure, both have their disadvantages, but Carnival can pay off a bit more, and in various ways.

Oh, by the way, some notes. First it's Level 7, not 8. Secondly, the Life Point increase effect only works once per turn, not continuously.

@Dragon Sage: I know the Life Point thing is not continously, but there are cards out there that allow you to roll again without having your first roll be erased, hence making its effect become doubled if 4 was landed twice....Thats what I did not like about it, thats all.... 2nd, my fualt, its level 7, lol...I'm blind half the time...

500 for each card in their hand...Okay, so I have 6 cards in my hand and my opponent has 12 cards in their hand b/c of the infinite cards on the field....Why I don't like those effects, yet it did help eachother, so Hence why I just left those marks out of the rating system, I used other terminology for my rating, and It still became a tie....

All my notes just helps you know what I think, it does clearly nothing to help your rating in the end....

Also, did you get the pm?
