Ieyasu Tokugawa
I thought that was part of the same one effect, that activates on the hand? OwO
Nope. Gorz says to summon it, then activate the corresponding effect. So it re-activates.
evilfusion
Got to love Gorz's new text. Much clearer now. Anyway, I have now submitted my Deck. I dont expect too much from it, but hey, could be fun.

I decided not to go with your help. <3 Sorry for not responding to that.
Very well. Only person left is Lujan Solo. Who I also have no idea about. He kinda just showed up randomly. DL
Yes yes it can Apparently xD Tho...that also kills Gorz so now we haz anti-Gorz
evilfusion
Yes, Gorz's second effect starts a new chain while it's on the Field. It's mandatory, which is why it doesn't miss the timing, and it would still be used during Damage Step.
Agro
Kay, so I was right, you can win even if gorz is in hand because of Streak Bouncer.

Βyakuya
Since everyone is talking about Gorz, I decided to look at the OCG. So does it SS itself, then activate itself prior to summoning? OR did it just stick to activate in hand and SS, then eff happens?

When it resolves, it is Special Summoned. When the current chain has resolved (it'll usually be Link 1 anyway), it activates the second effect on a new chain and Summons/Burns, based on the type of Damage. The second effect is mandatory and never misses the timing. But that effect activates on the Field, so Skill Drain etc stops it. It is a new activation, not part of resolving the Trigger from hand, and that means Streak Bouncer can stop it.
Agro
It SS. Then second eff activates, which can be negated.ninja...

evilfusion
*almost giddy with happiness* So how are all you mere peons doing tonight?

Duel was completely and 100% legit. I was facing a Rabbit Deck and miraculously hadn't lost yet. Agro
I have my last rule change and it requires input: Should the winner be forced to take the Original Number of the person he defeated or should one be given the choice to take any one of the numbers the losing player possesses? Also, I have only 1 person left to turn in a Deck. Lujan Solo, if your deck is not in by midnight, you'll be disqualified and the tournament will begin without you. In any case I have 2 brackets generated. One with Solo and one without. I'll release it at midnight.

Blake
Why in the hell would you want to NOT choose? That's not more fun, that makes it a lot more luck based in a bad way, considering the fact that there is a good chance you get something you can't even use, and it's stupid to have not used an extra slot on the off chance you get something worthless =T Yes, in earlier rounds, this is unavoidable, but if we can make it less luck based as we go on, why not?
