Evan, there's really no problem with his Convulsion deck, he plays it as both players having to just banish the top card of their deck so they always know what it is.
It's an unnecessary hassle honestly. I don't think we should be bothered to do that with the stupid way DN is. Just seems a bit silly. They should just implement the feature or take the card off, preferably the first.

I suppose. I never had any issues playing against it. It's the rest of his deck that's boring to play again.

DN doesn't support some stuff just because it's not widely used, which its stupid, since if a card can utilize it, it should be an implemented feature. Especially things like directly sending monsters to S/T since Inzektors and revealing off the top of the deck are the most important that aren't implimented, I'd think.

Gishki Diviner and that one Archfiend card that allows a player to call the top card of their deck, if they get it right they can draw it. Basically it gives a lot of free draws.

Also helpful for Diamond Dude.

Not by me.

Oh, two new tournament notes for everyone:
#1. You will no longer gain use of ALL of the Numbers of the opponent you defeat, just that player's assigned number. That way you will reach the maximum 15 card extra deck only when reaching the finals.

#2. There will be 2 play in games. The winner of these play-in games will be given the choice to replace their main number with their opponent's main number if they so choose. You do not get both numbers going into the next round, only one.

What do you mean exactly by a play-in game?
We have 18 players. We need 16. 2 matches are going to be played just before the first round.
..what's the point of having different main number?
Cause having that extra game would mean the players in it would go to 16 cards.

EDIT of NOTE: You do not gain your Opponent's number in the play-in game.

So either you swap your for theirs or you keep yours, but you won't have two after that, right?
Yes, but this is only relevant to whomever gets put in the play-in games.

Well, obviously. What would be the point in a Numbers tournament if you didn't take the defeated's number?
But now instead of getting all of them, you only get their main one.

So...until I win a better Number...I'm stuck relying on the remaining 11 monsters in my extra deck. .-.

Threatening Roar is a bad -1.

RotA helps add the one thing LS don't have; Consistency.

And I'd highly advise shrinking to 40 cards, you need all the consistency boosts you can get. Losing 3 Roars, Wyvern and Trag while adding RotA would help here.
....no. Roar is good. >.<

Yes, because grabbing one of the THREE cards in my deck that aren't even worth the time makes my deck SO much more consistent, doesn't it? <_<

Also, my deck is pretty damn consistent. :<
