I had to hold off on this one for the longest time because of another Phantom Beast thread, but now that it's gone, let's f*cking go.

So basic idea: LIGHT does stuff in the Graveyard, DARK and Earth are beatdown with Earth being Level 4 or less and DARK being Level 5 and up.

Phantom Beast Griff-Prince
EARTH / Level 4
[ Beast-Warrior ]
The successor to the throne of the Phantom Beasts, he dreams one day to be as great as his ancestors.
ATK / 2000 DEF / 100

Phantom Beast Flaming-Steed
LIGHT / Level 4
[ Beast-Warrior / Effect ]
You can discard this card from your hand OR banish this card from the Graveyard; this turn, you can Normal Summon or Set 1 "Phantom Beast" monster in addition to your regular Normal Summon. The effect of "Phantom Beast Flaming-Steed" can only be used once per turn.
ATK / 1300 DEF / 1600

Phantom Beast Fang-Knight
EARTH / Level 4
When this card is Summoned: You can send 1 "Phantom Beast" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. Once while this card is Face-Up on the field: You can banish 1 "Phantom Beast" monster in your Graveyard to add 1 "Phantom Beast" monster from your Graveyard to your hand.
ATK / 1800 DEF / 1000

Phantom Beast Iron-Tiger
DARK / Level 8
[ Beast-Warrior / Effect ]
If this card is discarded to the Graveyard: Return 1 banished LIGHT "Phantom Beast" monster to the Graveyard and Special Summon this card. When this card is Special Summoned this way: Special Summon 1 EARTH "Phantom Beast" monster from your Graveyard.
ATK / 2800 DEF / 2000

NEW! Phantom Beast Tapir-Mist
LIGHT / Level 4
[ Beast-Warrior / Effect ]
When this card is banished from the Graveyard: Target 1 of your banished LIGHT or DARK "Phantom Beast" monsters; Special Summon it OR return it to the Graveyard
ATK / 1300 DEF / 1600

NEW! Phantom Beast Lock-Fin
LIGHT / Level 4
[ Beast-Warrior / Effect ]
Banish this card and 1 other LIGHT monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Phantom Beast" monster from your Graveyard or Hand.
ATK / 1600 DEF / 1300

NEW! Phantom Beast Twin-Wyvern
DARK / Rank 4
[ Beast-Warrior / Xyz / Effect ]
1 Level 4 "Phantom Beast" monster or "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts" + 1 Level 4 monster
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card; Special Summon 1 Level 4 "Phantom Beast" monster from your Deck in face-up Defense Position. If this card has no Xyz Materials, its ATK is increased by 500.
ATK / 2000 DEF / 1500

NEW! Phantom Beast Shade-Scylla
DARK / Level 4
[ Beast-Warrior / Xyz / Effect ]
1 Level 4 "Phantom Beast" monster or "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts: + 1 Level 4 monster
When this card is destroyed by a card effect: Send 1 "Phantom Beast" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard for each Xyz Material on it at the time that it was sent. If you send 2 monsters to the Graveyard with this effect: You can Special Summon 1 of those monsters. Detach 1 of this card's Xyz Materials at the End Phase of each of your Opponent's turns.
ATK / 2500 DEF / 1000

Arrival of Phantom's Reinforcements
Spell
Discard 1 "Phantom Beast" monster; Draw 2 cards.

There's definitely going to be more to come, if not just because it's a VERY under-supported archetype. And expect an Xyz.

Griff Prince DEF should be 100 for a Vanilla, that's pretty much a rule with Gene-Warped and Alexandrite.

ATK / 1300 DEF / 1600
Need I say more? Otherwise, I like the effect, pretty darn snazzy. Fang Knight works well with him so you should be proud, especiall for how you balanced it. And then with Iron Tiger? Wow, nice.

Basically, you've done well except on two details IMO. Good job.
Wait... what's wrong with the name Flaming-Steed?

... actually, these are pretty good. Kudos.

Hate to be a stickler, but could you be more specific about the cards. what you like, what you don't?

Flaming-Steed is essentially a Double Summon that can be used twice (even if it's not during the same turn), which is pretty awesome. Just figured that, since it's called Flaming-Steed that it would be a FIRE Attribute, but you're keeping it with the theme of LiGHT Phantom Beast involving the Graveyard, so that's a moot point. =3

Fang-Knight is an Armageddon Knight for Phantom Beasts, which allows it to send your Cross-Wings and Lightning-Pegasuses (Lightning-Pegasi?) to where they need to be. The fact that he has 1800 ATK makes it slightly overpowered, though, since it could become an instant 2100 ATK Beatstick with just one Summon (and it activates no matter how it's Summoned). (Though in all honestly, I shouldn't be complaining about that, since I made Gazelle's Retrained version capable of retrieving any "Phantom Beast" card, including Horn, regardless of how it was summoned.)

Iron-Tiger is capable of recycling your Pegasi and works well in conjunction with your "Reinforcements", which I'll get to after this. It's also good against Dark World decks that use Dark World Dealings and Dark Scheme (which I must mention due to my severe hatred for Dark Worlds, XD) Despite that, it just seems way too easy to get out and nets you pluses left and right. Plus, if I may make a suggestion: Iron-Tiger doesn't convey an all-too-powerful image in my mind. Iron-Byakko, on the other hand, could fit perfectly for it since Byakko is associated with Metal Chi, as well as fit the theme of illusive, mythical creatures that the Phantom Beasts are supposed to convey.

Arrival of Phantom's Reinforcements is the Phantom Beast version of Destiny Draw/Trade-In/etc., which is nice. (Perhaps better than what I had come up with for Phantom Beast thread, "Phantom Charity", which also required you to banish the top card of your deck in addition to the rest of the effect.)

As for the Normal Monster you included, Griff-Prince... )-= Kinda iffy about that personally, since I have an RP character who is Gazelle's son... but that's just me. XD
Beyond that, this card can become an instant 2300+ beatstick if played mid- to late-game. Despite it being a clone of Warwolf/Alexandrite, being a Normal Monster does grant it benefits.

... hmm, perhaps we could compare notes?
As far as my Attribute choices, It's as I said. LIGHT monsters have supporting effects and are best used in the hand or Graveyard. DARK monsters are high-leveled and have stronger effects than EARTH, which, like the DARK ones, are meant for battle, but lack the extra kick that the DARK monsters have.

I see your point on Fang-Knight, so I'll probably lower it's ATK to 1600 or 1700.

I'll consider the name change for Iron-Tiger, but atm I think I'm gonna keep it. As for the effect, I'll look it over again; any suggestions?

And as for the monsters like Griff, getting stronger as the game progresses is how Phantom Beasts should be played, at least in my mind, so that's how I'm running it. xD

Also, I'll be making an Xyz for the Phantom Beasts just so that this deck works with Rabbit and such.

And sure, if you want to compare notes, just post here or PM me.

EDIT: Added 2 Xyz

Okay, these are the cards I haven't reviewed:
NEW! Phantom Beast Tapir-Mist
LIGHT / Level 4
[ Beast-Warrior / Effect ]
When this card is banished from the Graveyard: Target 1 of your banished LIGHT or DARK "Phantom Beast" monsters; Special Summon it OR return it to the Graveyard
ATK / 1300 DEF / 1600
Ah, a nice little piece of good ol' fashioned "Gimme bak mah curd!" style-play. This reminds me, these support could really help bring in the Chaos Monsters to build a very efficient Deck. KONAMI, Y U NO LOOK HERE?
NEW! Phantom Beast Lock-Fin
LIGHT / Level 4
[ Beast-Warrior / Effect ]
Banish this card and 1 other LIGHT monster in your Graveyard from play; Special Summon 1 "Phantom Beast" monster from your Graveyard or Hand.
ATK / 1600 DEF / 1300
Works wonderful with the above, and in some sense is it's opposite. I'd limit the level to Lv4, but that's just me.
Phantom Xyz, huh? I bet writing the Gazelle bit was a pain! Now, I may be old fashioned, but I do believe it needs to be drawn back when it has no Xyz Materials, so if I were to edit this I'd have it decrease instead; I may be wrong, but with the Special Swarming I'd tone it back a tad.
I like, it's effect makes sense since you'd have to expect it to be destroyed on the turn in order to truely florish with this, and you can even draw out a beastly beast too.
Arrival of Phantom's Reinforcements
Spell
Discard 1 "Phantom Beast" monster; Draw 2 cards.
Another simple yet nice card, and supports the whole concept of throwing away to the Grave. Tapir-Mist seems vital now.

A nice addition Slushy, if I say so myself.
