Then he spread word of a third FanFic Review thread to be posted. Now... He's back reviewing. But this time, he's reviewing Animes! Welcome to Pichu's Reviews 3: Animes Reviews!"

 

I will watch animes and write a small review here. You can comment with the name of an anime I should watch and review. Just because you comment, doesn't mean I'll watch that anime. I will also watch animes I find or animes I've seen on another site.

English Name: FLCL (Fooly Cooly)

 

Japanese Name: FLCL (Furi Kuri) (フリクリ)

 

Creators: Written by Yōji Enokido, directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki

 

Plot: FLCL revolves around Naota. His life in the city of Mabase is interrupted by the arrival of Haruko Haruhara who bursts on the scene by running Naota over with her Vespa scooter, then giving him CPR and hitting him on the head with a blue vintage Rickenbacker 4001 left-handed electric bass guitar.Later, Naota is shocked to find Haruko working in his house as a live-in maid.

Since then, Giant Robots from Medical Mechanica have been coming out of Naota's head and cause more problems for Naota. Haruko is using Naota for her search for the Pirate King, Atomsk, because Naota's head is the only one that can create a passageway for the robots. It also puts her at odds with Medical Mechanica, the monolithic industrial corporation. At the same time, Naota is being watched by Commander Amarao, who believes that Medical Mechanica is out to conquer the galaxy. The combination of circumstances gets Naota involved in a three-way battle between Haruko, Amarao and Medical Mechanica. The underlying theme is Naota's coming of age as he becomes more mature and learns to express his feelings.

Pichu's Review: FLCL is only of my favorite animes. FLCL only has six episodes unlike many other animes. But it is really good. Once you watch one episode, you just want to watch the next! I love this anime so much, I got it on DVD! My favorite character is Mamimi. She is the red-head who is fooling around with Naota. Mamimi has a lot happen to her in the six episodes, but I'm not going to spoil anything...

4. When you make a review you spoil the main plot, you critique the music, art, characters etc.

What you wrote there is just a simple thought on how you like the ova but nothing elaborate

The most in-depth and thoughtful review I've ever read...OH! Sorry! I was reading this.

 

Tell us what you think of the characters. Analyze them. What message do you think they're telling the viewer? What are your complaints about the series? The ups and downs? What's Naota like? How does he develop?

Pichu, you are seriously horrible at reviewing and at writing in general and basically at everything you have ever attempted in your life. This is like the seventh time you've written something and you somehow get worse every single time. And the first time you wrote something, the first half was plagiarized and the second half was a terrible sexist piece of trash, so I'm not sure how you actually managed to go downhill. It takes a legitimate level of effort to suck as much as you do.
