Must be Special Summoned except by banishing all of your cards on the field, in your hand, Graveyard and Deck while your Life Points are less than 500 and cannot be Special Summoned by any other ways. This card cannot be removed from the field except by battle. This card's position cannot be changed nor control of this card cannot be changed. This card's effect cannot be negated. You cannot lose the duel while this card if face-up on the field. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can negate a card effect. This card cannot attack your opponent directly.
