Card A

Very Well thought out Idea

OP'd? (Just saying because it has no opposite effect, so It works in one way and can easily control the field if you have a whole load of Gemini)

Simple But Clean
Card B

Has More Play-ability

Could go well with certain decks
I'll go with Card B although Card A has a good design Card B is just well thought out and can be used for multiple situations.

Good luck to both of you.
