Shizuku Oikawa
Lawbook Holder LIGHT/Level 5 Spellcaster/Effect If your opponent controls a monster, and you do not, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. During the Standby Phase or End Phase, Effects of Spell/Trap/Monster effects cannot be activated. 2200/1800 Kuritodoma DARK/Level 1 Fiend/Effect During either player's turn: You can discard this card; Until the End Phase, neither player cannot Summon a monster with the same name more than once. 300/200 Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Lawbook: Surely no card effects can be activated would do. Interesting effect. Don't think it should be on a standard level 4 though. Kuritodoma makes me laugh. What say you now Rabbit?! *evil* Nice work. Link to comment

Shizuku Oikawa
Well, I'm now thinking of making Lawbook Holder Level 5 with 2200 ATK, just for the sake of running over Zenmaines, and Zenmaines can't do his Landmine effect. Link to comment

Shizuku Oikawa
Done. Now it can troll against Sex-Saber Darksoul, TGs, Treeborn, lolD-HERO Dogma, and such. It can also be used to save Gandora, I believe. It can also save Chimeratech Overdragon from nuking your field if he was Summoned with Future Fusion. Link to comment
