ParadoxCaller
We all know Angels and Demons are locked in an endless war over power, influence, and mostly, over the rights to govern the human souls. The most recent and greatest battle between the two, to ever take place in history, took place over 30 years ago. It was a brutal fight that claimed many victims, and almost the same amount of years. It eventually seemed like the Demons had the upper hand, lead by the ruthless Demonic Princess, Summusorigo. As the Angels were down to their last battalion, the Archangel Gabriel himself descended from the skies to join his brethren. He and Summusorigo engaged in an one on one fight, however equal in strenght, until suddenly, Gabriel delivered a fatal blow to Summusorigo. And so, the battle was decided, with victory for the Angels and peace were restored to the world once again. But it didn't truly end there. Because a prophecy was made, that Summusorigo would rise again, in the form of a human girl. Many who know this are seeking this incarnation, with different motives. Maybe to ally her? To turn her to the "good side"? To use her for their own personal gain? Or to possibly kill her? What's your motive?

All YCM RP rules apply. No God-Moding, Meta-Gaming, Power-Playing. No shortposting, posts should exist of minimum 4 lines. Dialogue should be made with either quotation marks, or speech lines. Script format is prohibited. No copy-paste characters from either separate RPs or from already existing franchises, with only minor detail changes. For obvious reasons.

Angels/Demons are made out of energy so they're but ghosts in the human world, and can't take physical form. That limits their interaction with the environment to that of just ghosts, unless they possess a human or another sentient being. But don't think that makes them almighty. An Angel/Demon can lose themself inside a strong willed heart, and become possessed instead of the person in question, losing their power to that person in the process. If you start posting as an Angel/Demon, you can either be inside or outside a "host". And also, it drains energy from an Angel/Demon to maintain the hold of a "host", so they have to occasionally switch "host" (be fair with this). If the "host" is killed, or if its body is severely damaged, the Angel/Demon will obviously lose hold. Only Angel/Demons and Half-Bloods are allowed to have supernatural powers (which also applies to a human possessed Angel/Demon). Humans are restricted to either using psalms/seals/scrolls and such that repel/block Angel/Demons. Angel/Demons all have names too, and if you're posting as one in a "host", you can name both in the App as the Angel/Demon will most likely pose as the "host". There's an organization called The Truth Seekers, whose goal is to purge the world of the Angel/Demons, as they see them as the true source for all of the worlds turmoil. They too have knowledge of Summusorigo and her rebirth in the human world, and are aiming to kill her when they find the incarnation, so that she may never use her powers to harm the world. This will all take place in Conversia, a city with the same modern technology of today. It was founded by the organization that's known as The Truth Seekers today and built on the same spot where the Angel/Demons clashed over 30 years ago. If you have read all the Rules and Details and agree with them, post the name of your char in red in the App

Name: (Should be pretty obvious) Age: (See Name) Gender: (See Age) Race: (Human: (Pure, Half-Blood), Demon, Angel) Alliance: (Heaven, Hell, Neutral: (Working for own gain), The Truth Seekers) Powers: (Maximum 4: name, description, recharge time (Minimum 15 min) Appearance: (Pic in a Spoiler or a minimum 4 line description) Personality: (See Gender, minimum 4 lines) Bio: (See Personality, also minimum 4 lines but do try to keep it longer)

Name: Beatrice "B" Baker (later Summusorgio) Age: 18 Gender: Female Race: Human (later Demon) Alliance: Neutral Powers: None yet Appearance: B has long blood red hair at shoulder length, that she sometimes wears in a braid. She has a light brown skin tone and dark brown eyes. She is not that tall for her age but at the average weight and quite muscular. Her everyday attire is made up of a pair of white jeans with matching white sneakers and a red tank top under an unbuttoned black shirt. She also wears a golden charm around her neck with a picture of her mother, that she got from her father on her 10:th birthday. She wears it all the time and considers it her most priced possession. Personality: B is a very social and outgoing girl, that has no problem making new friends. She has no shortcomings with anyone, which gives her the reputation of being that person you just can't hate. Her one an true friend is Zet, whom she feel she can tell everything to and that she truly trust. She even says it's like they've known each other in a previous life. B has no awareness of her true identity nor the powers she truly possess, but can sometimes feel as if there is something inside of her wanting to get out, like a bad feeling on her gut. Bio: B's mother died at childbirth, leaving her to be raised alone by her father, Hugh. As she grew up, she often wondered why her mother left her before she got the chance to met her, but always smiled at the thought that they would met one day, for sure. She was a shy girl up till the age of 7, not really wanting to speak to anyone else besides her father, and didn't came out of her shell while she was 8, during a lunch time ruckus at school, were she met a boy named Zethyro Charwill, or simply called Zet by himself, who protected her from some flying trays. The two bonded really quick and became close friends over the years and are now virtually inseparable. Sources of energy will not work in this hour, especially combustion reactions or electric circuits; all acceleration is preserved from the original hour to the next, meaning everything that was moving when time stopped stops moving until it starts again. All humans that are not capable of noticing the hour will be frozen in place at this time, their souls protected by a powerful magical seal that takes the shape of a cross. The seals are breakable, but take significant strength- Azrael knows instinctively if somebody is trying to break a seal during the Thirteenth Hour. On the other hand, Death is capable of reaping regardless of seals and, in fact, the Thirteenth Hour was originally made so that Azrael could have a convenient time to work in. Azrael can't have more than a single corpse raised in this way, however. Recharge: 15 minutes between any use of Necromancy, as well as the other restrictions noted.
Appearance: Azrael has two 'true' forms, being an angelic creation. His first one reflects the majesty of the divine; two dark wheels tied together at the axel, lacking any visible spokes but still held together. A dark cone floats beneath it with two outstretched spindly arms that frame the wheel; at the tips of the arms burn a black fire that melts in and out of reality. A small black triangle levitates about a foot in front of the rest of the body, which contains Azrael's mind and voice. The second creation reflects his facade of humanity, which is a tall, ostensibly male humanoid standing at about seven feet. His hair is long and white, but his facial expression is young; both of his eyes are grey and colorless. His skin pallet is incredibly pale and sickly, tinged blue as if with hypothermia. He carries around him Letum, which takes the form of a suit of dark, form fitting and almost feminine armor, a mantel of brilliant white marked with his name in blood in the back, and a longsword held in a long scabbard across his waist that curves suddenly towards the end into a wicked point. He has a pair of wings made of night, black as the void, that trail behind him as he walks. Alexander, his mortal Host, is a shorter fellow standing at about five foot even. He has a boyish face with long bangs that cover his eyes, colored black- though with brilliantly bright blue eyes. Though he could be considered quite handsome indeed, there's an odd deadness to his expression that almost gives away his divine existence- a sense that whomever controls his mind isn't entirely aware of how human social signals work. He wears neat, rather formal clothing almost exclusively black in color. He appears to be german in heritage, with a delicate complexion and small features. His body is shaped rather lithely for a male, giving him an odd feminine quality to him. Personality: Azrael is one of the angels who simply don't 'get' humanity. He is unable to properly conceive of the idea of most emotions, especially the ones that stem from a fear of death- which are, in his opinion, most of them. His thought process is largely concerned with the logical, though he isn't largely analytic. He doesn't feel a particular sense of duty as much as he isn't aware of an option outside of preforming his duty, and is occasionally concerned with the meaning of creation on a whole, considering he simply can't wrap his head around things that others find so important. That said, even if he doesn't understand them, Azrael isn't totally devoid of emotions. He is especially intrigued by his subconscious reactions, which don't always point to having a logical source- and can be seen taking steps to figure out more about them. Alexander Todesfälle on the other hand, was a rather weak person with little identity or personhood himself. A lonely individual for whom literature was the only reprieve, he attempted suicide by pill and was saved by Azrael in order to serve as his host. Since the date of possession, Alexander has wandered in and out of his own head, at times forgetting who he really is, why he is here, and providing somewhat interesting background commentary to Azrael. Separated from his own body as he is, he frequently believes that Azrael is the true owner of the body and he is the infiltrator . Bio: Azrael is God's angel of death, created as a weapon of destruction against the unfaithful- unlike other angels, he was not intended to be a teacher or guard, but rather a force of offence and annihilation when such a thing was called necessary. A primary force in the wars against the demons, Azrael's human host is a rather new thing- he still deals with the intransigence. Azrael descended to the mortal realm to examine the properties of Summusorigo's prophecy- surely, a creature once dead cannot return to life. Azrael's self-determined mission is to discover the validity of the prophecy, watch the girl it entails to determine the reason for its existence, and return Summusorigo to death if she somehow managed to escape. Alexander on the other hand, is a quiet boy who was incredibly socially awkward, never with any idea how to make friends. Coming from a pair of parents who were never home, he came down with enough diseases that he rarely attended the same school for more than a couple months, and saw his parents even less frequently at the hospital. He attempted suicide a couple times, but never got up the courage to actually due so until he tried by pills- where he was saved by an Angel, and his consciousness shunted aside to make room for the new one.
