If this card has no Xyz Material: Banish it.

Only thing missing is the "(Flip Effects are not activated at this time)" bit, but otherwise seems somewhat decent. The opponent and/or you would have to be playing a Defensive-heavy Deck for this to be very effective, however....

3 Level 4s bro. That's why there's no limitation on the flip effects.

And yeah, I dabbled a bit in an Exxod Stun deck and it was fun, so I did this.
