NeoRWBY65
Chameleonic Controller DARK Level 4 Reptile/Effect When this card is summoned, you can select one monster your opponent controls: You control when it battles or activates its effects, and what it targets. ATK 500/DEF 1500 Now, this is not a card I made. This is made by a friend of mine. Link to comment
101100111000
...why not just state "Target 1 card your opponent controls; take control of the target. This effect can only be used once while this card is face-up on the field." Alot shorter, and it gets to the point. Link to comment

101100111000
So, the only substantial thing your opponent can do with the affected card is use it for a Summon? If that's the case, take control of it, just add a clause that states your opponent can still use this card for a blahblahblahblah. Link to comment

101100111000
Mmm, that's alright. I was interpreting something else. Aside from this, then, I just see some OCG errors. Knowing this, the effect seems to make more sense, although the lack of a cost makes the effect a bit OP. Link to comment
