This is a +1 with no restriction other than having a certain hand size. Can still lead to stupid plays with some decks. No me gusta.

It's a Hand-Reset. A nice idea, but nothing that "Reload" or "Magical Mallet" can't accomplish just as well.

Hand Size is pretty measurable for the card. It would only be a +1 or +2 if you had 5 or 4 cards in your hand at this card's activation. 5 would be ridiculous, considering that a majority of decks cannot keep a stable hand number and 3 or less would just be overkill. Also, it could also correct a dead start, which would actually improve the game's consisistency by cheating out luck at times.

Or you could just set 1 card and play this for an essentially 7 card starting hand.
