This card laughs on Infect Deck's Faces all the day

Only if the infecting creature doesn't have power 2+. It is ruled that a creature dies before its counters are removed by the +1/+1 / -1/-1 rule. Phyrexian Crusader still laughs at this.

I think this looks pretty good. Early game, it swings for two on second turn. Even if you draw it a little later, its 3 power form will still be relevant. Even late game it blocks two attacks on different turns.

I think Mysty is trying to say that there's a ruling saying that the creature, instead of losing all the -1/-1 counters from the infect, will keep them instead.
So it would be a 1/1 creature instead of a 3/3.

But I'm not sure if that ruling is correct, seeing as it says "When this creature dies, return it to the battlefield." This implies that the creatures in fact DOES die and hit the grave, meaning that all the -1/-1 counters will be taken off.

No, it remembers what its last board state was. So lets say this battles a 2/X infect creature. He will get 2 -1/-1 counters and even though he has +1/+1 counter his stats will auto register him being a 1/0 and would be put into the yard before the counters come off.

Remember kids: Although cancelling out +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters is a state based action, so is sending creatures to the graveyard due to having equal to or less than 0 toughness. State based actions all happen at the same time, so it won't have time to check to see if it didn't have +1/+1 counters on it before it's too late to bring it back.
