The OCG isn't bad at all, for winging it. I'd rather not worry about that right now. What's really odd-ball are the effects. All of these effects seem, well, fine. None of them are really over the top, but, what I don't like, is that you cover every single scenario that could happen to this card while it's face-down. For being a Level 1 and all, this is a bit much. I'd remove at least 1 of these effects, just to make it seem more reasonable, but, to be honest, it's all up to you. Either way, the card's nice, and I'd love to use it.

It's a level 1 to balance it though. It's only use is either it's effect, or you Junk Synchron into Armory Arm. 1 for 1 isn't as viable with it since it only get's it's effect while face-down, and it isn't apart of any kind of Chaos Engine. I made it a Warrior so it at least had RotA but that's about it.

True, and you did leave it without any ATK/DEF. Now that I think bout it, it's a huge Flip Effect, just far more specific. =P
