Wut? Attacking directly is OP'd when you have to try to get 3 level 1s on the field? Wut?

My only thing is make it once per turn to prevent Level Eater Synchro Spam shenanigan abuse.

Aha!

This card was created so you could get Quasar to go directly for game when you get it out in LevelEaterSynchro.dek.

Yes but it also lets you spam in said level eater Synchro deck, get out 3 monsters and this then use the effect 3 times.
