While this card has an Ice Counter on it: This card cannot be destroyed by your opponent. If this card is sent to the Graveyard while having at least 1 Ice Counter; Special Summon 1 "Frozen Slime" from your Deck. Giant Freezard Level 4 WATER Reptile/Effect ATK/1900 DEF/1000 You can discard 1 card and place 1 Ice Counter on all monsters your opponent controls. When this card destroys a monster with an Ice Counter by battle; Draw 1 card for every Ice Counter that was on the monster. Chill Penguin (inb4ArmzandmaybeShard) Level 2 WATER Machine/Tuner ATK/1200 DEF/0 When this card is Normal Summoned; Target 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard: Remove Ice Counters on the field equal to the targeted monster's Level and Special Summon that monster. If this card was detached; You can destroy 1 monster on the field with Ice Counters. Frost Golem Level 8 WATER Aqua/Effect ATK/3000 DEF/3000 Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Can only be Special Summoned onto your opponent's side of the field. Each time you summon a monster: Place 1 Ice Counter on the monster. Monsters you control with Ice Counters cannot declare an attack or be used for a Synchro Summon. During each End Phase; This card's Level becomes equal to the number of Ice Counters on the field. Your opponent can use this card for a Synchro Summon or Xyz Summon. Snowdust Deity Level 1 WATER Fairy/Synchro/Effect ATK/2900 DEF/2900 1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner WATER monsters While this card is in your Extra Deck; Select 1 Tuner monster on the field and 2 or more non-Tuner monsters on the field: This card's Level becomes equal to the combined Levels of the monsters. When this card is Synchro Summoned; Place Ice Counters on monsters on the field equal to the Level of this card. When your opponent would Summon a monster OR activate the effect of a card that Special Summons a monster; Remove 1 Ice Counter on the field and negate the activation of the card and banish it. If there are no Ice Counters on the field; Destroy this card and Special Summon 1 WATER Tuner Monster from your Graveyard. 101100111000 Posted January 8, 2012 Report Share Posted January 8, 2012 Generally, all of these cards have OCG errors, most errors being very minor capitalization errors, or punctuation errors. At best, I'm not going to worry about that. What am I worried about is what a couple of these effects stipulate. If you're going for balanced, then "Frozen Slime" is definitely not balanced. You created a card that can't be destroyed by your opponent the second it's Summoned. Giant Freezard is alright, nothing especially wrong with the effect or stats. Chill Penguin's 2nd effecr makes very little sense until you realize an Xyz monster is present in this group, so stating "detached as Xyz Material" would clarify alot more. Frost Golem's VERY clever. I like how you give your opponent a monster that hinders more than aids. The only thing that conflicts, for me, are the stats. Either drop the ATK/DEF to values more reasonable, or raise the Level. Snowdust Deity takes Synchro Summoning to a new easy. That, and the "banishing" effect this card has is unclear and confusing, as it only deals with a card activation, not which one, and definitely does not discuss the effect resolution if a monster is being Summoned. Rank 2? 3000 DEF? Haha no. Either drop the DEF, or raise the Rank, because that's too much for a Rank 2. The resolve of the first effect starts getting iffy when you say "and place Ice Counters on the field." How many? The second effect (the struck-out phrase) was funny. Overall, you have some OCG errors I would definitely recommend fixing, and some cards that are OP, in my opinion. Again, if you were going for balanced, you didn't quite get to that. Link to comment

The rest is pretty good and I'd like to see what else you could do with these. With Deity raise the cost to 2 ice counters to negate the summons/activation. Evolzar Laggia pretty much does the same but uses both Xyz materials and is one time, it's looking OPed until the cost is raised.[/size][/font][/color] Link to comment
