To be honest, this whole combination is unimaginably strong.

Armored Reinforcer is the root of the problem. You created a monster that can only be destroyed by a monster with 1710-1790 ATK (or from 1210-1790 ATK if A.R. is in Defense mode), so, by battle, if this card's in Attack Position, it's almost indestructable in battle. And when it is destroyed, you have a free pass to Summon every other monster necessary to Summon a monster with ridiculous effects and a super-powered ATK (is that a Level 12?). If you were planning on making a reasonable, balanced "Armored" Archetype, you need to do some serious effect fixing for Reinforcer and Ultra Mech (besides, Level 12 is exaggerated, make it a Level 10).

As for the fact that the rest of them are Level 4... You could try a little variation, no? Make one a Level 5, on a Level 3, maybe on a Level 6 (of course, while fixing the ATK/DEF to be more appropriate), and then it isn't so mono-level-ous.

I like the other 5 "Armored" monsters, probably because they aren't as out there as the other two. =I
