So, this is a contest that I thought of to celebrate the new points system for this website.

 

Rules:

1. The contestants will post a card that is based off the fact that we gain 1 point every time we post.

2. The cards can be made anyway you like, as long as they follow the rule above and do not match with an image from another contestant's card.

3. The contest will start as soon as I have 10 or more contestants by the end of the week (no less). I will change this rule if needed.

4. Written cards are accepted, but please post a non-written card.

5. You can only create 1 card.

6. If you have any questions feel free to post them and I will be happy to answer them ASAP.

 

Fee:

1. The fee is 10 points.

 

Prizes:

1. 1st place gets 100% of the pot and 5 reps

2. 2nd place gets 2 reps and 20 points

3. 3rd place gets 1 rep

 

Pot:

1. 40

 

Pot Rules:

1. To get this started, I will donate 10 points to the pot.

2. Anyone can donate to the pot.

3. The person who donates the most will get half of all of the fees sent by the contestants for this contest.

 

Pot Leaderboard:

1. ~Shadow of Alpha~-30 points

2.Guru^Amazon-0 points

 

Rounds:

1. There will be at least three rounds for this contest.

2. After each round, a certain number of people will be eliminated.

3. Each contestant must post a new card for each round.

4. After one of the rounds, except for the final round, you can pay 50 points to get back in. (You can only do this once.)

5. Whichever contestant gets the most points for each round overall will get 1 point and 1 rep from all of the other contestants.

 

Judging:

1. I will need three judges including myself for the contest to start.

2. There is no entrance fee for judges.

3. Judges will rate based on all aspects of a card.

4. No judges can be contestants, too.

5. All judges, except for me, will get a rep if they make it as a judge.

Tie Breaker:

1. If there is a tie, the people that tied will post another card to be judged and the places for them will be based off of those scores.

 

Here is an example for an effect you could put:

During each of your Standby Phases, this card gains 100 DEF.

Read this, and next time, pay closer attention to the rules.

 

Also, you're accepted.

 

Excuse me? I read every single rule.

 

But "something to do with the meaning of this contest" doesn't really help narrow down what kind of card you'd like us to make.

 

Is "The new points system" the meaning of this contest? And if so, how do I turn that into a card?
