XBOX 360 "Open Disc" Error

Hello, all. I have had my XBOX 360 S for one year and three days now. Last night, I encountered an error that I had never seen before—The infamous "Open Disc Error". For those of you that do not know, the "Open Disc Error" occurs when you already have a disc inserted, but it does not play. Instead, the XBOX shows the message "Open Disc", just as if there were no disc inserted.

This problem occurred very suddenly for me, as my family had said they were playing a game (You Don't Know Jack) all but an hour before I walked in the door. When I tried to play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, and You Don't Know Jack, the error appeared. So, I let my system be for the night, and when I came down this morning, the error was still in place.

I have already done everything that does not involve me calling Microsoft or removing the hard drive or casing (cleared cache, cleaned discs, checked the regions, removed other devices, etc.)

So please, YCM, I implore you—Please help me fix my XBOX!
