Well, Sacreds basically have this already. So its just a general version of that.

Damage is so minimal its pointless. If you're going to go that route at least make it substancial/matter.

Last part is what makes it interesting. There is a lot of backrow removal running around, and gives this card a nasty sting in the tail. As its a continuous spell I would have said its fairly 'looks good in theory but crap in actual play' until that last bit, which suddenly makes it a lot better. The drawback (damage or something else, maybe a discard as well as draw) should be more relevant, but its not horrifically broken.

I just thought why let Sacreds have all the fun ? This card draws for each Xyz Monster while Star Sign only works once per turn.

I originally had the damage doing 200 for each card, would that be better ?

Yeah, I wanted to make it broken but not too broken. I'll give the last effect a cost of a discard. The name is hilarious and intentional.
