I'm very interested to know what everyone thinks about this sort of Archetype.

This is a pretty good idea. Most archetypes people make focus on speed, but this could be pretty devastating if you let it reach the higher stages. One thing that bothers me is Lamarck - Future Robot... I mean come on, it doesn't sound even close to threatening or even respectable. Look up synonyms for robot and rename it. Otherwise, Future Age alone seems to be able to win the duel if you stall for long enough. You should make it 10 counters instead. I understand you reasoning when comparing this to Final Countdown is that this has to stay on the field. But 5 turns is still quite short. Tell me your thoughts on this.

Yeah, I do admit I got a bit lazy with the Future Age :P.

Most of the reason because I got very annoyed I couldn't get the entire format right and to keep it right, every time I posted something it changed the layout.

The original idea I had with Future Age was that it uses depending on what Xyz Monster you were using in the Human Age, but this also given some problems. The first is the danger of this Deck if you decide to run it that you have a lot of dead draws. Cards that are absolutely useless. However this is why I thought this Deck need to be heavily searchable (on Gladiator Beast Level), except better, since this depends on you going through stages and get more tough the longer the duel drags on. Because let's face it, what would be the use of a "Mammal Mammoth" while in the Ancient Stage or something ;P. This is why I was forced to make highly searchable cards.

At first, the cards that signify the ages were Field Spells, but considering the major weakness of Field Spells that your opponent can activate a Field Spell and it will all be ruined, so I needed some way of protecting them risk-free.

Playing the instant win in Future Age on it's own sound easy, but keep in mind you first have to go through all other stages. While the change to Reptile > Mammal I intend to keep the most violent one. I got to think through the Future Age I think, maybe limit it to a specific Spell Card. The downside to all these things are, that I don't want to include too many cards too far in the Future, you might as well already play with your Hand open with this Deck.

Ancient Age = Preperation and indestructability
Reptile Age = Monsters become more powerful (which was perfect for LV-monsters :P).
Mammal Age = Monsters become more crafty and work more together (perfect for Synchro's)
Human Age = Deciding on what path to follow, thus good for the selection of the option in the form of Xyz Monsters (what Xyz Monster to summon :P)
Future Age = Delivering the finishing blow with highly advanced monsters (which I did admit I failed in a bit).

I also thought about Fusion Monsters in Reptile Age but... that somehow didn't really work out that well.

So far, happy you liked all the other ones, most of them I just wrote and I think you first need to focus on the general idea behind them, OCG is probably going to fail a lot too but some cards are just way to long *cough*Reptile Age*cough*

These are the types of mistakes I really need to work out, but I think for that I'm going to focus on creating Realistic Cards after this. I had this type of Deck-idea for a long time, just never really typed it out... and actually thought of actual names for monsters and actually typed in their effects. It has been a long think about how I did intend to call it, even Lamarck was a gamble since Evolution doesn't really deal with the origin of the universe but this Archetype does mention it.
