Mysty
Reserved List. Also, how does it work with Venser exactly?
He actually works with both Vensers: or this combo: and In the first scenario, after you play the Gilded Drake (and steal a creature), you can use Venser's first ability to blink away Gilded Drake (your opponent might control it, but you still own it). When it returns, it returns to your side, swapping itself for another creature the opponent controls. In the second combo, you just use Venser to bounce Gilded Drake and bounce Venser to your hand with Riptide Laboratory. The fiest combo requires an additional color, but it steals two creatures in the first turn and only requires 7 mana for one turn (and then you're stealing 1 creature for free every turn while building up loyalty), while the other combo requires functionally 9 mana every turn (although seven of it can be used during the opponent's turn) and is purely in blue. Also, the Venser/Riptide combo is quite useful in itself. More on topic: this card is hilarious on Mimic vat. Its official Oracle text is also hilarious: Flying When Gilded Drake enters the battlefield, exchange control of Gilded Drake and up to one target creature an opponent controls. If you don't make an exchange, sacrifice Gilded Drake. This ability can't be countered except by spells and abilities. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)
