CMRenji
In my opinion, this is one of the single greatest films of all time, no joking. Nɇvɇrmorɇ
I remember watching this when I was younger and Cartoon Network was doing a marathon of Miyazaki films. This one stood out above the rest for me. I had basically forgotten about it and Miyazaki for years until I started watching the Nostalgia Critic. When he did his top favorite films and he showed clips from Spirited Away, it all instantly rushed back to me. The incredible imagery, the amazing animation, and everything else overtook me and I had to watch it again. It is now my favorite movie that I've yet seen. ❤ Lovely Warrior ❤
OMG I love this movie to death. This movie is definitely my favorite. I love the creativity of it and the animation itself. It did scare me a little when i was but a young lass.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
A whiff of nostalgia passed by me just now. I haven't seen it for a really long time. But personally, Mononoke was much, much better. Also, I recently got through watching the other movie, the Castle of [insert ridiculously complicated name here]. Astolfo
I watched: Castle in the Sky (Actually something like Laputa: Castle in the Sky) My Neighbor Totoro Spirited Away Howl's Moving Castle Ponyo They're all good. Feel like watching Princess Mononoke tomorrow. I will hunt you down and kill you if you don't utterly like Studio Ghibli Films. Also, is Haku dead? The witch, forgot her name said "What if I rip you to shreds!?" after he asked to let the main char go free in exchange for finding her baby.
Haku is the spiritual personification of the river in which she fell when little. That river doesn't exist anymore in that present. He is nothing but a memory of Chihiro. Maybe she could see him again but that'd imply risking going back to that place, which she had so much trouble getting out of. It's very sad. He promised they'd meet again in the other side, but I don't know... It's a hard decition to decide where you want to be when you have important people to meet in both sides, and you know you'll have to forget a side no matter what choice you decide on, but she had to get her parents out of there and back to normal, plus she had a life on the other side. Makο
I remember a while back, when my grandfather and I, along with some others in the room, were channel surfing, and we found this. We watched it for a little bit, but then it was changed. What I remember was the Parents Pig Scene and the Holding Her Breath Scene, if I recall correctly. ...I have NEVER forgotten about those few minutes I've seen of that movie. And it's. Been. YEARS. John A. Zoidberg
I remember CN ran a bunch of anime movies one week. There was another one, but the name escapes me. All I remember is that I really liked it, and at the beginning, some dude had to cut his ponytail off because he betrayed his village or something like that. Oh, and I might watch Spirited Away, as well.
