What it actually means is, were you to actually copy/paste it into MS Word, it would be approximately like the rule of: [quote]All chapters must be at least 2 pages in MS Word with single spacing, standard margins, and size 11 Arial font.[/quote] Basically, each chapter should be approximately 1000 words.
