Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Support for the (hopefully to be released in GAOV) Gimmick Puppet Archtype, as well as general support for the maniacal IV. Have designed the archtype to continue with the strategy used by IV against Tetsuo and the class rep; forcing the opponent to summon Xyz monsters and then destroying them with the archtype boss, Number 15: Gimmick Puppet - Giant Killer. Have also added some elements of Banish control to empower the destructive loop effect of Gimmick Puppet - Babyface, and keep the unique and unconvential effects of the monsters. Names are kept with the three syllables theme in keeping with current monsters, and visually based on the creepier dolls and puppets from around the world.
VBC-024 Gimmick Puppet - Mute Dummy DARK ** Spellcaster/Effect Image: A broken ventriloquist's dummy, sat hunched over alone on the performers stool, mouth hanging open... Effect: Monsters your opponent controls (except Xyz monsters) cannot activate their effects. This effect is only applied while you control another 'Gimmick Puppet'. ATK 300 / DEF 500 VBC-025 Gimmick Puppet - Stringdancer LIGHT ** Warrior/Effect Image: A smiling dancing puppet, controlled by strings leading from its wrists and feets dangling from an unsupported cross... Effect: Banish this card you control: Declare a Rank between 1 and 8; your opponent must Special Summon 1 Xyz monster of that Rank from their Extra Deck in Attack Position. If there is no monster that can be summoned, Banish your hand. ATK 500 / DEF 0 VBC-026 Gimmick Puppet - Wickerman Rare FIRE **** Pyro/Effect Image: A giant wicker statue, its burning body lights up the dark horizon... Effect: During your Main Phase: Increase the Level of this card by the number of Xyz monsters your opponent controls x 2. If this Xyz Material monster is detached from an Xyz monster, return a Banished monster you own to your Graveyard. ATK 1700 / DEF 1000 VBC-027 Gimmick Puppet - Voodoo Charm Rare DARK **** Fiend/Effect Image: An oversized voodoo doll, with pins sticking out of its body... Effect: Once during the turn this card is Normal Summoned, you can Normal Summon 1 "Gimmick Puppet" monster in addition to your Normal Summon or Set. If this Xyz Material monster is detached from an Xyz monster, destroy 1 card. ATK 1000 / DEF 800

VBC-060 Cursed Level Growth SPELL Normal Spell Image: Babyface surrounded by purple aura, is clearly shaking in pain of growth, as is the duelist behind it... Effect: Target 1 monster you control: Its Level becomes 8 until the End Phase, and you take damage equal to its increase/decrease in Level x 500. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn. VBC-061 Forgotten Chest of Puppets S.Rare SPELL Normal Spell Image: A old and worn box in an attic, slightly open with an arm sticking out... Effect: Special Summon 2 'Gimmick Puppet' monsters from your Graveyard. Their effects are negated, and they cannot be used as Synchro Material. VBC-076 Mimick Puppet Rare TRAP Normal Trap Image: A Copycat puppet... Target 1 'Gimmick Puppet' you control; Special Summon this card as a Monster Card (Fiend-Type/DARK/ATK 0/DEF 0). This cards Level is equal to the Level of the target monster. (This card is still treated as a Trap Card.) VBC-077 Cursed Xyz Armour TRAP Continuous Trap Image: Leviath Dragon trapped in black armour, pulled on the strings of Number 15... Effect: Activate when an Xyz monster is summoned to your opponents field: Target that monster; it cannot attack, change Battle Position, and its Xyz Material cannot be detached under any circumstances. During your opponent's End Phase, inflict Damage equal to the target monsters Xyz Material x 500.
So whadd'ya think so far? Link to comment
Toffee.
Voodoo Charm seems a bit overpowered, TBH. Mostly because of it's type, and because of how much synergy you could generate from it, with other cards like Blue-Blooded Oni and Zombie Master. Link to comment

Wanted to avoid making them all Fiends. Will change it to one and make Stringdancer a Warrior instead. Maybe make it destroy a card, including your own, like Zenmaines? Makes it a bit more awkward. Scarecrow is Dark Machine, which makes sense. Babyface is Light Fairy, which kinda makes sense. So yeah, its not an all machine archtype. Which is good, as 1) that would make no sense and 2) there are [s]enough,[/s] too many machine users in YGO history without adding to them. Just made them what I think they make sense as. Any other comments on them as they are other than making them support an oversaturated type? Link to comment
Lonk
I know, but there are some that you can just make into a machine. Stringdancer can be a Machine instead of a Warrior because that would make sense (besides, Warrior is an even more oversaturated type). Also, how about a spell to make some Gimmick Puppets manipulate the level? Link to comment
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Well now you mention it, cards added that support Gimmicks and general xyz setup / anti-xyz. Comments on set so far? Link to comment

NeoRWBY65
Your supports cards really go well with the anime cards. They would be really good in a real gimmick puppet deck Link to comment
