Not like that, I meant if there is 1 character that dominates all the time(Akuma, Yun, Makoto Nanaya, Valkenhyn etc) it's sorta not fun. I sorta lost interest in BlazBlue because Makoto owned everything in CS2, and there's always some character who is absolutely nuts. I know Testament in GGXXAC(+) is stupid too, but atleast he doesn't have godly matchups against everyone

Keep in mind, I play on the Xbox.
85% of the Shooter playerbase is composed of 8 year old kids, and having them scream in your ear... Nah, foreveralone in the party chat for me.

Still, dismissing everything with tiers like that would also work against Pokemon, which has a rather balanced tier system, Super Smash Bros Brawl, where they merely say no Meta Knight, etc.

Tiers are stupid. I personally base how good a character is by how they can use their tools, how good a matchup they have against popular characters, and how [b]fun [/b]they are to play.

I main Jam because I like her playstyle, not because she's "A Tier"

Oh god CT rachel.

But testament has his DERP BADLANDS LOOP.

If the Pokemon fanbase followed this logic, the game would be completely unplayable as a competitive game.

But, because they have a rigid ban system in place, the game can actually be played in a way that doesn't amount to DERPDERPKYOGREDERPDERPARCEUS.

I dunno about you, but I'd rather follow a tier system to play than not play at all.

I like to think I'm good at Guitar Hero & Rock Band games since I can get 5 stars on just about every song on expert, with the exception of some of the impossibles like Through the fire and flames & Jordan. And come to think of it, I think I'm good at it because I easily recognize patterns and react fast to this kinda stiff because of years on Pac-Man, Space Invaders and Pinball machines >.>... I think anyway, seems like the only thing.

Also, I think adapting to the speed of playing Guitar Hero resulted in me shooting very fast in shooter games... So I guess its just adapting.

And on the topic of people calling people modders, I was accused of having an aimbot so I "agreed" with him and used my XBL camera to take a picture of a banana connected to my xbox via USB and sent it to him in a picture message titles "My Aimbot,".. good times lol.

I can hold my own against almost any AI thrown at me, as long as I have basic skills in said game. I can beat SSS levels on CS2 if I wanted and had the time. Same with Lv105 Max Vicous on Dissidia 012.

I also have an absurd amount of beginners luck, so much that it crosses into my skill level and so it looks like I'm some sort of gaming genius.

I also am unable to get good at FPS. My body and mind won't allow it.
