Wizards of Breol Forest [PG-16/OOC/Not Started/Accepting]

Deep forests cover most of this world, starting out leafy and bright, then as you venture further, it transitions to dark pines. There are five “safe points” in Breol, where the monsters cannot come. For the forest is filled with magical beasts, Dryads, Centaurs, and other strange things.
[spoiler=The first safe point]The first safe point is a walled city called Viz on the northernmost part of Breol, where the trees end and there is just grass. It is quite easy for people to get in the city, for the inhabitants place their trust in the four huge watchtowers on each corner of the city. The towers are so high, and the Watchers’ sight so good, that they can see beasts approaching from miles away.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=The Second Safe Point]The second safe point, Reli, lies eastward from the forests, and lays in a mountain range. This city is harder to get into than Viz, seeing as it is harder to see beasts coming, and some can disguise themselves. However, if Reli were to be attacked, it would be the easiest to defend, as it is in a small valley surrounded by mountains. Except for the hardiest of creatures, Orcs being a good example, no one can cross those mountains.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=The third safe point]This safe point, Weiaf, lies in the western end of the forest, and has very little to do with the other cities. It is the hardest to get into, seeing as it lies in the forest itself, and has very powerful Wizards defending it. Almost nothing is known about this place.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=The fourth] This safe point, Arxis, is in the southern region of Breol, and actually is in a desert area. It would take a weeks marching through the blazing head from the forest edge to get there, then there is the matter of getting in. The desert has its own beasts as well. The people of Arxis wear white robes everywhere, as protection from the heat.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=The Fifth]Tuayu, the fifth safe place, is actually little more then legend. It is rumored to lie on a cloud directly above the center of the forest, and is home to Djinns and other air creatures. No one has proved the existence of Tuayu.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

[*]The most lost of arts, this is transporting a force called “Ageder” through a weapon bonded to the Swordmage. This art was lost long ago. When a Swordmage came of age, his face would become a semblance of ice, with any facial hair turning to icicles and the skin turning light blue.

4. Seeker
1.The art of transferring a force called “Aruer” through a bow or thrown weapon bonded to the Seeker. When a seeker comes of age, the Primal Spirits of Breol give him a bow of a true Seeker, visiting the Seeker in their dreams. When the Seeker wakes up, they find the bow next to them. This art was lost along with the art of the Swordmage.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=The Gates of Death]The gates of death are represented by seven forbidden runes. Nothing is known about these runes, and only the dead know of the Gates.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Plot] Rumors are going around about a Warlock living deep within the Forest. They say he is killing the forest, the source of all food, for an experiment. A group of young wizards decide that they will investigate, against their cities wishes. The six wizards meet at Allvia’s Rock a week from when the RP starts. You start in your city/safe point.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=How this is gonna work.] I will accept five other wizards for the base group, those five and me. They live in different “safe points” (Unless you have a preference I will assign you a safe point.) If all the safe points already have a player stationed in it, I will assign you one, and you might want to PM the user who is there and try to set up some kind of relationship, so you know each other (Sibling, BFF’s, GF, BF, be creative!) After each of those are filled, if other people want to join, then they can, but they need different motives to go into the forest (They have NO IDEA who the first six wizards are (if I even get more than 5 people) and they need an independent motive to enter the forest. They can meet up later and form one big frickin group, or you can stay independent. Your choice)[/spoiler]

Name: (I need first and last names. And no character’s named “Bob” or “Joe” or anything else like that. Be creative.)
Age: Anywhere between 16 (when wizards come of age) to 25 (note that I said “young group of wizards.)
Gender: Duh.
Appearance: 3-4 lines or CUSTOM pic. Don’t go find a pic off the internet.
Personality: 4 lines MINIMUM.
Implement: All wizards need something to channel their magic through, unless they are a Signweaver (Which is illegal to start out with.) Acceptable implements: Staff, Wand, Orb, Rod(no jokes guys, no p**is jokes), or Familier. (A small animal no bigger than a large cat.) You can design the implement any way you want, as long as nothing interferes with its focal point (the tip of a wand/rod/staff, the Familiars mouth/hands etc.) No decorating your Orb, as the whole thing is the focal point. One implement per character.
Primary Magic Type: Should be obvious. Choose one of the first three magic types to use.
Secondary Magic Type: This is usually Arcane Force, but you can choose a different one.
Tertiary(optional): Same as the above, but with a warning: If you dabble in THREE magics, they are all going to be a sight weaker then if you had just specialized in one or two.
Spells: Minimum of three, maximum of six.

Bio: 3-4 lines minimum. 2-3 for the people in the first five (the pwotaganists), seeing as they grew up in the city itself.

Name: Mel Revisa (re-VIS-uh)
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance: Mel is 5’9 with long arms and legs, he has long black hair (think of the fox-demon-guy from YuYuHakusho.) that goes down to his waist. His eyes are blue, and match the color of his clothing. He wears a blue tunic with a leather vest and leggings. His shoes are beat-up, and suggest he has done a lot of running. He has a scar on his left hand as a result of accidentally blowing up a wine glass.
Personality: With his friends, Mel is always laughing, joking and generally having a good time. With strangers, he is stoic and silent, speaking for as short a time as possible, and with as few words as possible. He has no patience for endless blabbering however, and usually goes right to the heart of the conversation with no preamble. In battle he is a tiger, using his Fire magic to incinerate his opponents in seconds.
Implement: Wand
Implement Appearance: The wand is simple, made of cherry wood, and a mahogany handle. The wand is twists in a spiral-like pattern, as if someone had carved at an angle while turning the wand. It has hints of red and maroon in the handle.
Primary Magic Type: Fire(can use lightning)
Secondary: Arcane Force

Type: Elemental(Fire)
Recharge: 30 minutes
Effect: Blasts a circle five feet across with a giant fireball. Harms friend and foe both unfortuanately.

Name: Incenerate
Type: Elemental(Fire)
Recharge: 5 hours
Effect: Instant death for a single enemy weaker than Mel

Name: Ball Lightning
Type: Elemental(Fire(Lightning))
Recharge: 20 Minutes
Effect: Mel hurls a ball of lightning at an enemy, and it explodes on impact, stunning and slightly burning target.

Name: Blast
Type: Arcane Force
Recharge: 10 minutes
Effect: Shoots 5-8 small invisible orbs of magic that slam into nearby enemies.[/spoiler]
Safe Point: Viz.
Bio: Mel was born into a noble family, and as noble children are, was spoiled to death. When he turned twelve, he got a private magic tutor, who found Mel’s affinity for fire, and improved it. Teaching pretty much beat the spoiled part of Mel out, leaving the happy-fun-time Mel behind. When he turned sixteen, his mentor produced Mel’s wand for a birthday present and Mel nearly set the house on fire, being so exited. Then he met his friends, (which I will name once people join XD) and they decided to venture into Breols forest, meeting at Allvias Rock in a week.

Other: Being born into a noble family, Mel has a pouch filled with exactly 50 gold coins.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Paradox Caller]Name: Damien Arden
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Appearance:Damien not that tall for a man his age, but makes up for by being very muscular. He has very tanned skin and a shaved head due to living in the desert. He has light brown eyes and black mustache. He wears a pair of brown pants with a matching sweater and sandals underneath his standard white robe that all of the Arxis citizens wear. He dislikes wearing the robe as he thinks white doesn't suit him, but he wears it anyway for obvious protection, and as a trademark for being from Arxis.
Personality: Althougt coming from the hot desert city of Arxis, Damien is far from hot-headed, being able to keep his cool in almost any situation. He is highly respected among his firends, and no one would dare to question him about his ways. This has however earned him the reputation of being some sort of bully, althought not true. Even with his hard exterior, Damien has no intention of hurting anyone he shares a close bound with, neither physical nor emotionally, but he can act cold towards strangers. He has a very close bound with his mother and considers her his everything. She's the only person Damien shows warmth to.

Effect: Summons a large torrent from Damien's implement which he can use as a wide-range attack or as a protective barrier.
Name: Icicle Storm
Type: Elemental (Ice)
Recharge: 30 min
Effect: Freezes moisture in the air and turns it into up to 6 icicles which are hurled at the foe. Can inflict deep wounds upon impact.
Name: Frozen Core
Type: Elemental (Ice)
Recharge: 5 hours
Effect: Releases a gust of freezing air from Damien's implement that traps anything within a 20 ft radius in ice, that melts after about 30 mins.
Name: Spirit Calling
Type: Summoning
Recharge: 3 hours
Effect: Damien summons a large three-tails wolf from his imlpement that can be used for several tasks, such as transport, combat, defense or messaging. The wolf aswers to Damien only and will disintegrate if told so or if Damien loses consciousness.[/spoiler]
Safe Point: Arxis
Bio: Damien had no easy upbringing. For years he and his mother suffered from severe abuse from his stepfather, before his mother reprted him for assault. Now the ex-stepfather serves sevaral years in prison. This is the key factor for Damien's cold personality, as Damien swore he wouldn't let anyone lay a hand on him or his mother ever again. After mastering the ways of magic and becoming a wizard, Damien felt that he was ready to take on the world, and wanted to travel to other cities, discovering new and more acvanced magic. Upon his arrival in one of the many cities in the world, this one called Viz, he became acquaintance with a boy named Mel, another wizard with a fire affinity. While in Viz, the two heard about the wizard who was supposedly destroying the forest, and decided to check it out.[/spoiler][spoiler=Dark Lightning][b]Name[/b]: Damon Valdis
[b]Age[/b]: 19
[b]Gender[/b]: Male
[b]Appearance[/b]: Damon stands at about 5'10, with raven black hair with enough length to firmly reach the top of his neck. The front of his hair is slightly shorter, but still long enough to have to be moved in order for Damon to see correctly. He has slick side bangs that part to the left. His eyes are an electric & vivid shade of blue, and the look in his eyes usually depicts confusion and loss. However, when involved in a battle, his eyes become fierce and focused. Damon usually wears a fitted black robe & with black or darkly shaded jeans. He subconciously wears black almost all the time, which goes along well with his personalitly.
[b]Personality[/b]: Damon is a calm, collected indivual for the most part. He is usually the type of person who thinks out his actions, and likes to have things planned in his head. However, he is also realistic; this being said, when he plans out things in his mind he is also fully aware that things will probably not go exactly as he planned them out to go. He doesn't enjoy jumping straight into situations without any insight on the situation. At times, he has personalitly flares in which he becomes highly implusive and agressive. These flares are usually triggered by battles that require Damon to be pushed to his limits. As a result of the raging side of him, he has trained himself to be in control of his emotions, so much so that he finds it difficult to handle a lot of emotional situations. On the outside, he can be depicted as a dark person, but this is mostly because he usually quietly thinking & he doesnt interact socially as much as a normal person would.

Recharge: Depending on how much power concentrated into it & how many are used 7-35 Min
What it does: Fires a high speed ray of concentrated electrical energy across a certain distance. (3-15 beams per spell usage)

Name: Electrical Manifestation
Type: Elemental(Lightning)
Recharge: 1 hour
What it does: Turns user into a manifested lightning bolt. Can be used in 2 ways
- To instantaneously jolt from one place to another
- To become an electric impluse and enter an opponent's nervous system in order to temporalily disable a simple body function (the movement of a certain muscle) *If this is used, there is a high chance that the user will mess up, and it could disrupt his own nervous system, putting a kink into his own body functions. (Not used often because of that side effect)

Name: Magen (Directly Translates to 'Shield')
Type: Can be ultilized with Either elemental or Arcane
Recharge: 25-45 min
What it does: A basic defense spell
-If ultilized with Fire : the shield will be made of flames, and will occasionally blast minor embers in random directions.
-If ultilized with Lightning: the shield will compose of bolts of lightning and will occasionally shoot small sparks in random directions
- If ultilized with Arcane: the shield will repel anything coming within 6 ft of the shield
*The user cannot do anything while the shield is activated


Name: Lightning Reinforcement
Type: Elemental ( Lightning)
Recharge: 55 min
What it does: Reinforces punches & kicks with electric impluses, causing them to do more damage than usual. [b]Safe Point[/b]: Weiaf
[b]Bio[/b]: Damon has trouble recalling a lot of things that happened in his past. The reason for this may have been because painful memories may have been supressed by his subconcious. His mind does not dwell on events that happened in the past. Of the things he does remember for certain, his father can probably be regarded as the most important memory. Damon does not remember the name of his father, he only remembers his voice and having looked up to him for a good amount of time. Damon believes that it is possible that he could have had a brother, but he tries not to linger too much on the topic.[/spoiler]

An image you created yourself is the only thing acceptable for images. I want people to be creative, plus most wizard pics on the internet have robes. Since everyone in this world has at least some magical talent, there is no "dress" for wizards, they wear normal clothes. As you can see with my app.

Interesting. Born and raised in Arxis, but travels to the opposite end to visit other cities........Just saying though, that probably took a long time. Because unless you traveled directly through the forest, you go around it. Which takes awhile. Just saying. But I like it, so you pretty much become Mel's first IRL friend for the RP....I like it.....
