I would imagine Number 100 would be like this, or be very close to it.

Xyz monsters go in the Extra Deck. So remove the first line about being un-able to be Normal Summoned or Set.
Secondly, you can [i]ONLY[/i] use a max of 2 Xyz monsters as materials, and you also detach all the previous monsters at the same time?
So that would only leave it with 2000 ATK/DEF :/

Though I do like the effect-copying part.

Also, DIVINE/Divine-Beast seems a bit much.

Actually, thats the minimum. You can attach a minimum of two "Number" Monsters.

I see you re-worded the effect just now.
Your old version was restricted, how I had mentioned it.
New version, much better.

Also, your monster needs to list how many Materials it needs.
Your "You can attach Xyzs" is a bonus condition, like how Chaos Utopia still says it needs 3 level 4 LIGHTs, OR the listed effect of overlaying an existing Utopia.
So add a line saying: "2 Level 12 monsters" or something.

Mmk. I did all that, so now I'm wondering if I should add a few things to it or whatever, like instead of copying the effect it gains an effect based on whether then Number Monster falls between 1-10, 11-20, right?
