You can Special Summon this card from your hand (but Tributes are required if it is Level 5 or higher). You can Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard) by Tributing 1 face-up Toon monster you control except "Graphic, Dragon Lord of Toon World". If this card is Summoned this way, target 1 card on the field and destroy it. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. When "Toon World" is destroyed, destroy this card. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. Negate the Summon OR activation, and destroy that card. Then, you can Special Summon 1 Toon Monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard with the same ATK as that destroyed monster.
