This is a great layout, but usually the card order in a card pack goes like this:

After Trap Cards, the order is usually mixed up. This "mix-up" usually contains supporting archtype cards, most secret rares, and the rarest card in the pack, which is marked with EN099 or EN0100. This card is always a secret rare, and has the same chance of pulling one like pulling a Tour Guide/ Rescue Rabbit from a pack.

This is to make it more realistic. Hope it helps :)

I'm not a duelist anymore but even I can see this thing's broken. Control 1 Westwing, SS this from your hand, SS 2 more from your deck, finish with a random Westwing monster. 1 to 5. And then you have XYZ hijinks. Make it so that it can't SS itself, or put some penalty on the SSed monster?

You can't though. The line says "Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by controlling 1 "Westwing" monster". It's a semi-nomi, there's no loops with it. You can only Special Summon it from your hand, unless you've already done so. And when it returns to the Deck, that becomes invalid anyway.

0, 81-89 are TCG exclusives
90-99 are OCG exclusives being brought over

And the number has little or nothing to do with the real rarity. Rescue Rabbit isn't even in that number area. That was a card that actually came in the OCG pack. Tour Guide is a TCG exclusive, so it's in 81-89. All Secret Rares really have the same rarity, it's just that some of them are REALLY f***ing expensive because they're actually good.

I was gonna say Beast adds Warlock(?) adds Assailant, then realized Assailant isn't a spell.

Gazer can target itself which will fuel Cards from DD.
