Hmm, Babyface gains nothing going to grave that way, but at the end of the day a -0 summon is always handy. Something doesn't sit with me about the Xyz treating thing though. There's nothing technically OPd/UPd about it, I just don't... like it. Maybe because its just too conveniant, or maybe because changing monsters category feels like an awkward effect.

Like this one. Have to 'waste' your summon, and opponent can get round unless they're stupid.

Gimmick Puppet - Clown
Level 8
DARK
Machine/Effect
ATK/0 DEF/0

This card can be Normal Summoned without any Tributes. When this card is Normal Summoned: Destroy the monster on the field with the lowest Level. Then, draw 1 card. If that card is a "Gimmick Puppet" monster; Special Summon it.

Somehow gets the feeling the old 'if you control no monsters' should go here, or something. Feels like it has one effect too many.

Gimmick Puppet - Mutilater
Rank 4
DARK
Machine/Effect
ATK/1000 DEF/1000

2 Level 4 Monsters

Meh, does what it does for a potential OTK.

Spell monsters, uncomfortable. Why not just send this to graveyard to summon a Gimmick from your Deck like Chaos Zone kinda does?

Broken Puppet
Normal Spell Card

Destroy 1 "Gimmick Puppet" monster you control and select 1 monster your opponent controls. That monster is treated as though it destroyed the destroyed monster by battle.

Fine

1. It's a plot device for Giant Killer. Hence, it is the gimmick part of the monster.
2. Thanks. Notice how it can work with Paranoia.
3. Maybe I should do that.
4. True. It is something just to double up on damage.
5. The effect would actually be more like something IV would use, wouldn't you agree?
6. Yep
7. Yep

Paranoia is just lulz. Its a walking Foolish Burial for an archetype that just-so-happens to run both DARK and LIGHT monsters.
Speaking of that, you could include like 1 or 2 Gimmick Puppets with Chaos-like effects, just for easier Giant Killer plays.
I mean Luster is a level 8 already, and would likely be included in a deck with these. So why not?
