Website Control and Updates - YCMaker?

It has come to my attention that many updates have not be discussed thoroughly or cannot be put into practice due to the busy life of YCMaker. YCMaker has made this a great place for years, but obviously his attention and time is focused elsewhere, and that is perfectly fine. But this forum community is far from dead and wants many changes and/or updates still. Another admin power should have the right to provide what we want. We need a more active leadership

Things I want done personally:
Positive and Negative reps
Xyz Monsters
Token Maker?

The main focus of this is the first paragraph, so you haters dont start blabbin about my "What I'd Like done List"

Pos reps are already here anyway. Neg reps were removed by the new IP.Board update, but probably could be added again if YCMaker comes on.

Xyz monsters, the same. If YCMaker comes on.

Token maker is already here. There's a tutorial in Tutorials.
