He later escapes and finds others who have had the same thing done to them. They all wore trench coat type jackets and had white pants. Except the girl who wore a dress. They had on white scarves and black gloves and boots. its animation style is like a mix between Big-O and Astro boy. I think its called Android 11 or something. It came on Toonami for some time.
