I ordered from HD booster shop made by a guy named E hero kyle and I ordered something from the shop seeing other people doing so. Turns out it was dead with out me knowing and I already gave the guy 10 points for a member card and I can't get refund since he has not been active for a while. Is there any way that the I can get my points back?

Are you really that concerned about 10 points?

i.e. virtual money on a Yu-Gi-Oh! based website which cannot be converted into real money at all.

If you really, really want them back, ask a mod to manually change your point level by 10 points.

Okay thanks it just that well its sorta the fact that I payed him for a good and service that he failed to provide so I fell a little bit cheated

I'll give you the 10 points, but in future pay attention more closely to the last date an order was fufilled.
