Ieyasu Tokugawa
Zenmailstrom Counter Trap Card When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card: Target 1 Face-Up "Wind-Up" Monster you control; Return it to the hand and negate the Spell or Trap Card and destroy it. I was bored and it's 10 PM. Link to comment

NumberCruncher
Make it flip the monster face-down so it doesn't cut field advantage as much. Link to comment
Ieyasu Tokugawa
The idea was that the actual cost would be losing field presence, even though you aren't losing advantage because in all honesty, flipping them to defense is a bit more helpful, especially with protecting your Life Points because yes, they do matter to an extent. I basically had it in my head to make something whose cost was to actually hurt you a bit, rather than some of those cards whose cost is to help your deck go faster. Link to comment
