The winner gets 3 reps and 2 points. There will be only 1 winner. Here are the rules1) You must use a character from a rated "T" game or below2) The set must be 7-10 cardsIn the set there must be at least 3 spell cards, 2 trap cards, 1 effect monster, and 1 normal monster The entries must be recieved by February 29,2008, at 8:00PM Mountain Time.
