Signatures 2

So I noticed that some people can have sections in their signatures which say, ie; My Cards, that you can click on to open a pop-up showing the cards they have made. I would like the same kind of thing to show people my Pokemon team (Tank Tank Skuntank) because I don't wan't to overflow the forums with large pics of my super awesome pokemon some people don't wan't to see. How do I do that?
