I don't know how to word this card efict (help plz)

I'm making a card for a friend, but I'm not sure how to properly word the effect,
the efict is below

Once per turn during your turn, you flip one of your opponent's face down card's face up. This card can not declare an attack during the turn this effect was activated Activate the flowing effect based on the type of the card
Trap: Destroy the Trap card
Spell: Return the card to it's face down position
Monster: The selected card is changed to face up DEF mode, any effect's that would activate at this time are negated

reason for "If the target has an effect that would activate at this time, it does not activate.": The monster is already face-up at that point, so there is no need to "Flip the card into face-up Defense Position". Therefore you only need to mention the stopping of its effect(s).
