OOC: I guess just start your Character boarding a Plane to go to where the Kaiba Dome is. Any Yugioh fan will be able to tell me what the city name is.

IC: Rachel had just finished packing up her stuff. She was finished with Duel Academy. It's time for a new beginning. She was off to the Pros. The National Duel Monsters League to be exact. She then walked over to her bags. Closing the zippers, she ran out in her Blue Uniform unbuttoned with a small white t-shirt inside. Rachel wore blue skinny jeans and those fluffy boot things. Trying to get the plane as fast as possible she started a fast run down the pathway. Finally after 5 minutes of running she reached the dock. She ran up to the plane parked near the lighthouse. When she approached the plane a man toke her bags and put them in a secret compartment. "Hop on ma'm." The man said as Rachel started the maze to get on the plane, as it was still on, it was just hovering.

Sullivan didn't like airplanes.
It wasn't just because his elder brother one night, while drunk, crashed his crop duster into a silo, simultaneously killing himself and ruining the seed for the next year. It wasn't because he had had a good friend of the family, Jimmy Swanson, who was treated like family killed inside of a plane wreck in a rural portion of Pennsylvania on September 11th, 2001. It wasn't just because he had heard so many stories of, because of the events of the day his "Uncle" Jimmy died, people had to be molested and accosted by slimebags in the uniforms of the Transportation Security Administration. It was all three, and then some.
"I ain't gettin' on no plane." He stated as he crossed his arms.

Ryuzen was getting ready to leave the shrine. He finally got an invitation to the Pro League.
"Lets see now.... I need to go to a place called... Battle city? How am i supposed to know Where that is?!
I don't even have the methods of transportation!"
Being locked away from the rest of the world, Ryuzen had no idea what an Airplane is.
"Mr. Ryuzen! I have come to pick you up!" A small plane landed near Ryuzen's shrine. then a tall man Who was claiming to be The Pro League's emissary came out of the plane.
"Sure, but you must first donate money to the shrine." After being told, The man put in about 500 yen to the donation box. Then Ryuzen finally Hopped on the plane.
*hmm... This thing is heavier than my shrine but it can fly. Must be Magic.*

Rachel looked out the plane. There was a man protesting against going on the plane. "Huh. Isn't a boat around here?" One of the men looks up. "Yeah there's an underground subway. It's been finished under here for a long time. If you want you can take it." Rachel looked at him strangely. "Sure I'll take that over a plane. I'm sure it'll be quicker than the Plane." Quickly with excitment, Rachel got off the Plane. She jumped down as she found that hurt her legs. Continuing with her excitment she grabbed her bags and waited for the man to lead the way. The Man started walking. Rachel followed as he came close to a door. He opened it and there was some long stairs. "If you want a workout take the stairs." The man said looking down. He then turned to the side to a elevator. "And the lazy ones come this way."

Kiba heard everything that had been said to the other duelists and decided he would take the stares, it was his first year in the pro circuit and wanted some extra time to focus his thoughts and the stairs and train would let him do that. He eventually reached the underground train and prepared his bag and found his seat. Once he was ready he took out his duel disk and started checking to make sure there were no problems with it and to help him calm down, it didn't show on his face but Kiba was excited about the duels to come and the opponents he would be facing.

Kazuya stood, gazing out the window. Going on planes just wasn't his thing, mainly since he hated being crammed into such an isolated and small space. Still, he had booked a ride on the Underground train instead; after all, he was heading to the National League, why not do it in style? The Duelists here have got to be top-class! he thought. Looks like this'll be the start of something interesting. "All right," he declared aloud, "I'll show this world what I'm made of. And when I do," he added, punching a fist into the air, "I'll rise to the sky!"

Sullivan liked the idea of the underground bullet train. It sure beat having to fly in that death trap of a metal cylinder. Nothing was safer than traveling underground in a tube within a tube at insanely high speeds, knowing that, if the train derailed, they would be trapped miles below ground with no chance of escaping.
Much better than an airplane.
He loaded up his luggage onto the train and searched around, getting a feel for the vehicle. He admired the handiwork and the design of the underground super-train, and wondered if he could take this pretty thing for a little spin.

The Underground Train shall be departing shortly. All passengers proceed to Platform A5. Kazuya reached up and pulled the glasses he wore in his hair down over his eyes.
It was time to go.
Grabbing his luggage bag, he sprinted down the steps and to the platform. Proceeding to his seat, he stowed his luggage and pulled out his Deck, along with some cards he was thinking of adding to it. Since he had so much time, it wouldn't hurt to sort out and improve his Deck further. Relaxing into the comfort of the chair, he began to plot.

Yuki has no intentions of air travel mostly because she has always hated most thing about it. So the woman came prepared to board the underground train when she could. She slowly scanned the area as she walked, seeing all of the duelists boarding. It was somewhat sad to see such aspiring new faces that would be slaughtered once the games begun. Yuki kept a rather evil and anticipating chuckle to herself when she got inside.

Keeping quiet, she found her seat, stowed the luggage away, and sat down. The last thing she actually wanted to do was speak to anyone.

Lukas sat in the DeMunly family jet, sitting high above the earth. His uncle Belzy had insisted that Lukas arrived in style if was going to join the pro circuit. "Others will come by plane, train, or automobile, but you'll arrive in style!" Belzy had said.
Lukas was done with Duel Academy, that slack-off school, and he was on his way to the Kaiba Dome. And his future. The only future fit enough to hold Lukas DeMunly. He looked out the window. Hopefully the Pros would be more of a challenge for him. He looked to his side, and Gaia Darksoul, his spirit monster, sat there. "You ready?" he asked Gaia. Gaia looked back at him. "You doubt my team?" he asked. Lukas laughed. "Never," he said firmly. "The Darksouls can't be defeated."
The BUCKLE UP sign came on. Lukas chose to ignore it and prepared his Duel Disk for the descent. He sighed.
"The future," he whispered. "Here we come." He got up and headed to the parachute door. Speaking into his communication device, he said, "Stall the plane. I'm gonna jump."
"But sir!" the pilot shouted back. "We have no parachutes!" Gaia walked over to him. He grabbed Lukas by the wrist. "I hope you know what your doing..."
Lukas spoke back into his mic. "I know. Who needs a parachute?"He let his body fall out of the plane, and Gaia disappeared into his body.

"Future, here we come."

Until the League begins, that's where she will make her appearance based by the orders from Cosmic World. She glanced at some children duelings, seeing expressions on their faces, she wonder how duelings make them smiled like that She never had spoken words except when she was getting infomations about the league thus registered for to enter it. Since she is near the site of the league where it taken place in the kaiba dome, she'll continue to observe as she stroll along the way. Yet the tournament has not yet to start as not all the players have arrived till tonight and assuming that it will begin tomorrow or so.

She then sat by a table outside of a cafe, drinking chai tea, in truth, she doesn't knew what she suppose eat or drink, except she only gone by what her body feel at the moment. Next she was looking at her cards, which it was made by her traits of her kind that convey into cards whereas she is blissfully unaware of about it. At she going through each of her monsters, she subconsciously spoke their names. "Edren... Giranda... Cyrus... Shelian... Gaden... Raphon... Satel... Thesa..." She muttered... "... Wierd." She turns to the sky, soon the colours will start to change as it will become dusk.

Rachel entered the elevator and slid down the rail. As soon as the doors opened, she rushed out. She needed to get a good spot on the train or she'll be stuck with anti-social people. Reaching the door to the train sprinted into the train. She decided to sit by the one who hated planes. "hey there! My name is Rachel. Rachel Svendson." pulling out her hand to shake his. "So..... You joining the NDML? If so can't wait to duel with you. I'll be fun!"

OoC: Y u no like planes?

Nathaniel was in a rush. He had just gotten off one plane bringing him home from his travels and was scrambling down the stairs to make his way to the underground train, because he didn't feel the need to wait for the elevator. He made his way through the doors of the train and quickly stowed his luggage. Breathing heavily, he sat back in a seat and looked at the other people in his train car. "Heh, going by your serious faces, I'm guessing you all are part of the NDML, too? Pleasure to meet you, I'm Nathaniel Hughes!" he said, waving at no one in particular. "I'm sure this will be loads of fun!" He was beaming and laughing despite the estranged looks he got.

Ryuzen is throwing up multiple times inside the plane. Looks like he has air sickness. Fitting, for he has never Left the ground.
"urgh.. this is the 14th time i have thrown up, I have to leave this place now..." Luckily, the pilot heard what Ryuzen said and landed on the spot for the Battle City train.
Ryuzen was pleased that he finally left the Death-trap. He was then told to go down the stairs for the Underground train.
As he Boarded the train he saw many faces that he has not seen before.
[ah... um... Nice to meet you, everyone..] He took a seat next to somebody known as "Nathaniel"
Nathaniel Looked like a very happy person, Even though Ryuzen didn't understand anything he said, he knew that Nathaniel would be a great friend.

*Lines with [ and ] Indicates that Ryuzen is speaking in Japanese.*

The Underground Train shall be departing shortly. All passengers proceed to Platform A5. Megumi almost forgot to wash her hands when she heard the message from the speakers. She had to go to the bathroom one last time before departing, out of her anxiety. She grabbed her roller bag and hurried out of the ladies room, nearly slamming the entrance door into some other womans face. She ran across the long hallway towards the train platforms. Some people she passed turned in surprised and looked back at her. The high heels she wore may not have been the best choice of footwear when it comes to running, but it was the only footwear Megumi felt comfortable in. Magumi had just reached the top of the stairs when she saw the train enter the platform. "No no no no no no no" she muttered as she pushed herself down in between the other people in the not so crowded stairs. As the doors of the train began to close, Megumi squeezed her way threw just at the last minute, only to have her bag get stuck between the doors, but the automatic risk of trapping system gave in and the doors re-opened, releasing her bag. Megumi panted and sat down on the nearest seat, crouching her head to her knees. This was a big step for her, not even a big, a huge step, being invited to NDML. But she was not gonna let it get to her head, there were many other great duelists who had also had been invited, and getting past them would not be easy, in any way.

Kazuya had just finished making his Deck edits. Now he raised his head and looked around. Two of the other Duelists seemed to know each other and were chatting away. Kazuya was always willing to make new friends, so he moved over to the girl who had rushed on moments before. Holding out a hand, he said, "Hello, I'm Kazuya Namikawa. It's nice to meet you."

Megumi was still focused on her breathing when the boy out nowhere came up to her and introduced himself. She took three deep breaths, straightened herself and accepted the handshake: "Hi, my name is Megumi Tsumi. Nice to meet you to!". She gave a light smile: "So, are you also one of the duelists who have been invited to the National Duel Monsters League?" She gave a gesture to the seat next her, which was conveniently empty, inviting the boy to sit. He had a kind appearance, althought looked slighty younger than her. She only gave it barely a moment's thought, but she couldn't help but wondering why he wore a pair of glasses on top of his head, if it was so that he didn't have need them.

Leon Hoped off the plane seeing that no one was really in the mood for air travel. He had been pivked up in egypt before flying all the way over to the train to Domino City. He walked top an elevator that was going to take him to the train. He thought to himself, " I wonder why the other members didn't want to take the plane." He stopped that thought as he made a mad dash seeing the doors were closing. He sliped through the doors just barely. he was accualy glad he had packed light. He figured that if he need any thing he would have to buy it in Domino City. He looked down the train and saw a girl get her bag caught in the door. He shock his head at the hilarity of the moment. He continued to whatch as a younger gentalmen walked up to her and introduced himself. He also watched as she introduced herself to him. He hoped in the seat behind the girl and introduced himself. "Hello, I'm Leon Wake, Whats yours."

Mathias was the first person on the train and had been in another car while the other duelists had arrived, he was relaxing while drinking a glass of red wine and reading over a few scripts to decide which movie he'd be in after the tournament was over. When the train finally started to move he put the script he had been reading down and looked over to the car behind him, "So those are the new treats there sending in this year oh well I wonder just how they'll fair." Mathias was getting into character before the tournament started like he normally did and was deciding if he should greet the new comers or not.

Lukas stood outside the Kiaba Dome. His free-fall landing had went good enough, and here he was. But now he was faced with a problem. He had no clue what he was to do next. He could wait inside the Dome, but he didn't know where he would go. Should he just wait in the lobby? Or maybe the arena? He had no clue. Then he heard a familiar voice. "HEY LUKE! I'M OVER HERE!" Lukas knew only one person who called him by his shortend name. Jester Stevens. He turned his head and saw his old friend and his Unlce's assisstant. "Jester. I knew I'd see you here." Lukas said. "Well, you cant escape me, Luke! I'm you endorser, your agent, that kinda stuff. Just not your lawyer. I'm horrible at that stuff!" Jester chuckled. "So...what now, Jester?" Lukas said.
Jester looked bewieldered. He opened his mouth to say, "I got no clue! Haha!" Lukas groaned. "I suppose we just let ourselves in." The two walked twords the door. Lukas pushed it open. "After you, Mr. DeMunly!" Jester said with a bow. Lukas stared him in the eye and stepped into the world-famous arena. He sat himself down on the floor. "Now we wait for the competition to arrive."
Lukas's future was here.

Kazuya had just began conversing with Megumi when a young man hopped up in the seat behind her and voiced his name. Although surprised at the energetic greeting, Kazuya recovered quickly and began to take in the man's appearance. His white hair seemed out of place, but then again, that wasn't entirely unusual. His manner of dress however, gave an overall impression of some form of teacher of professor. Even so, there was little to make him intimidating and Kazuya soon forgot his trepidation. No matter what, Kazuya had a firm belief that there were no "bad" Duelists. Sure, they might go off on the wrong path and cause wanton destruction and death, but at heart, they were all the same: human. Extending a hand to "Leon Wake", he said, "Hello, sir. I'm Kazuya Namikawa. It's a pleasure to meet you."

OOC: Time Skip to the first 2 duels of the season. Sullivan Hopper vs Yuki Kasierin and Lukas DeMunly vs Rachel Svendson

Rachel was preparing for her duel. It was getting close to the first duel of the season. "Lukas is going down." Rachel whispered. Quickly, she slipped on her uniform and her duel disk. Then put her deck in her pocket. "Don't fail me now Event Horison." Walking toward the door she kept getting even more nervous. She backed up and waited for the announcers voice.

"Annnnnnnnnd Nooowwwwwwww!!!!!!! We are getting ready to get going our first duel of the season! This duel is between Rachel Svendson! And Lukas DeMunly!!!!"

Rachel Stepped into the stadium. Seconds within coming in the crowd grew even louder. Rachel continued to walk up all the way to the middle to meet Lukas.

"Have fun. Lets show these fans what we got." She said shuffling her deck and putting inside her disk.

"And to start the evening!! Lukas will take the first turn!!!"

Lukas wasn't worried at all. He was gonna ace this duel. A girl? The leagues mocked him. And She wore a duel Academy jacket, but Lukas didn't recognize her. Must have been a slacker he ignored. He looked to the crowds. Jester and new faces of the pros sat their, and their was also a million fans. This was the greatest moment of Lukas's life.
The Future. And his move.
His disk unfolded to the length of his arm. "My move!" He smiled.
"I summon Gaia Darksoul in attack mode!" (ATK-1400). "I set a face down and end my turn. And, oh..."

"You're going to lose."

It was at Dusk, the Amusement Park where Kaiba Dome is placed in all lit up with concentrated lights to deem daylights in the night. Kuroes is at the stadium, feeling a little stunned from the growing crowd that continue to roar in cheers, thus it made her a bit tipsy. She isn't used to loud community such as this since where she came from are nothing like this. She simply sat in a stand in the area where it's less crowded but the atmosphere continue to overwhelm her. "Urk...." she groaned lightly, not feeling good. The tournament has begun, as the announcer announced the first 2 competitors, Kuroe had remained to focus on the match, after all it is her role to observe, but if only the crowd can be a bit quieter. Sadly, at this rate, it won't get quieter, just only more louder and thunderous. Damn people!... Do you have to be this loud?!...

Rachel looked at him with an confused look. Did he really think this was going to be a easy win? Well it's time to prove him wrong. She drew a card from her deck.
"My move!"
Looking at her hand she knew there was going to be a interesting game.
"Alright! First I play the Field Spell. Continuous Black Pit!! This card is no crappy give 200 ATK points to a monster. This card allows me to destroy any monster summoned with 1000 ATK or more. Now! I summon to the field. Event Horison - Unknown Force! (0/ATK | 0/DEF) Now Unknown Force! Attack his Gaia! Now I think your wondering why I'm doing this? Well Unknown Force's ability allows me to send any damage by battle that would go to me, will go to you instead! (Lukas LP: 2600) Also Unknown Force cannot be destroyed by battle. Now I play a face-down and now to keep my Pit on the field I must discard 1 "Event Horison" monster from my hand! I'll discard my Forgotten Liquid!"
